I went here with some friends and I was pretty impressed with the over all quality of food, service and atmosphere. The owners were very interactive with us telling us about their restaurant and how they started their business. They also gave us some pretty decent recommendations when it came to their menu items. I am not going to lie it was a little bit more on the expensive side but believe me when I say this was some of the best authentic Mexican cuisine in Lee summit hands down so it was absolutely worth every penny. I would have given them 5 stars but the food truck isn’t always open at convenient times and the horchata was a little weak when it came to flavor but everything else about this little truck is outstanding. Please come support them!

Not sure how this food truck is getting that many stars but I got the Carne Asada and it was disappointing. The meat were chewy and rice were under seasoned. For the price of almost $15 the food portion was small. Also, asked mild salsa and I got salsa verde.

My wife and I have eaten here a few different times, but I am just now getting around to posting. If you enjoy authentic Mexican food, definitely give this food truck a try. They offer made from scratch authentic recipes from Mexico, and their food is delicious!
This time, we had their combo that included a cheese quesadilla, a tamale, and a chicken enchilada. All combos come with rice and black beans. We also got a taco platter which is your choice of 4 tacos (chicken, carnitas, pastor, or asada). We also got chips and salsa and their home made tres leches cake. All delicious! Please visit this local food truck!

Yummy food! Have loved Xaboo Mephaa since before their restaurant! I have celiac disease and never get sick from cross contamination. Aside from that, the food is delicious. The spicy tomatillo salsa has so much flavor – I always order the same thing and it never disappoints.

We think the food truck is better than the restaurant, but if the truck isn’t out we will do take out at the restaurant! Al pastor and queso birria are fire! So glad I found this in my Google search. We’re staying in a hotel nearby & like to support local in our travels. Everything was awesome. The hot salsas are legit, and each hit the palate differently. My picky eater loved the chicken taco & even liked the radish. The chips have a great seasoning on them. Hubs said the Picadita was delicious.

The Carne asada taco was phenomenal! As was the pork tamale and chicken enchilada. All of the food was delicious and authentic. The mild salsa needs to be bottled and sold. If you are looking for a new dining experience, this food truck is the place to go.
