I tried the double del burgers. They tasted good. However the appearance was poor. The bun had a little burn and the lettuce was a little purple. Quality was lacking. But it didnt taste bad.

Every time I come to this Del Taco, something is wrong with my order — and they never fix it.

The first time, they forgot my burrito. The next visit, they forgot my fries. I tried calling the store and no one answered. I submitted a complaint through corporate and even received confirmation that it was received, but no one ever followed up.

Another visit, they didn’t put any sauce in the bag. This most recent experience was the final straw. I ordered online because there was a buy-one-get-one-free deal on Del Tacos. The only reason I placed the order was for that promo. When I picked it up, I only received one taco. When I called, the employee said I “only ordered one” and basically shrugged it off — no attempt to fix it or even acknowledge the issue.

I also mentioned that they didn’t give me a straw, and the employee told me it was my responsibility to grab straws and napkins. That attitude says everything.

At this point, the customer service is a joke. The store doesn’t answer the phone, corporate doesn’t respond to complaints, and the staff doesn’t take responsibility when orders are wrong. I only came here out of convenience, but I’m done. If you can’t bother to check that an order is complete or fix mistakes when they happen, you don’t deserve repeat customers.

What’s the whole point of a reward system when they’re not going to honor it ?
Today I went in spending $21 to get free fries . They told me I couldn’t get them because I got queso loaded fries for my combo. The app said to spend $5 for free fries. They told me I got a discount already etc. I’m a regular at del taco and queso loaded up charge is always 2.30 as they charged me for that. I had to pay the price of the fries just because I’m not spending $5 more to get the free fries. The whole time the Lady and the Man(manager I assume) were just arguing with me about it , I didn’t raise my voice not one of the, but they were raising their voice, getting frustrated with me. All this over $3.89 worth of French fries? The whole time I was telling them when I scanned on their POS system it showed French fries regular , and they weren’t even sure what to do , I hope they get better customer service. This location lost a customer today . How awful service, treated like I was the one in the wrong ? Apparently we have to tell them verbally about the rewards . What’s the whole point of “selecting” the rewards in the app. The fact tha they weren’t even trying to make things right , just arguing back and forth with me while my son was listening to them raise their voices to me. I was so uncomfortable I decided to take my dine in order (which my son was really happy about) to go due to the atmosphere it created. As a kitchen manger myself I feel so disappointed and disgusted on how they handled this situation. If they weren’t so argumentative about it and explained it in a better manner I probably would’ve been understanding. Make sure you verbally communicate to them about rewards since they can’t read what’s on their own POS system. Now I have to eat some cold food at home due to their lack of hospitality. Please don’t come here if you expect good customer service . You’ll just get mad angry workers. Food is good, it’s del taco either way. Wish their employees were as good as their food. Lost a loyal customer rose Ave.

First of all, the staff (specifically the manager) is just nonverbal when taking orders. You order something and its radio silence. You pull up, and he just stares at you without saying anything. More importantly, i just ordered, and there’s a piece of glove in my food. This is absolutely disgusting. There has always been a problem here every time i go. I dont recommend.

Went on my lunch break drive thru ordered 3 fish tacos and reg fries… was told to drive up front and they would bring out my order…. u would expect the food to be nice and hot.. but when I got back to work to eat, the fries were cold and the fish tacos were cold as well.. wont be eating there again…

Stopped off for a quick bite on our way down south. I was disappointed because my order was super basic and they screwed it up. All I ordered was two bean and cheese burritos – With onions, extra cheese and green sauce. I don’t normally stop at fast food places, but now I know to not stop at this place again. There were also some guys day drinking in the outside seating area so my family and I ate in the car.
