I ordered a fish sandwich tonight was over cooked and almost as black as coal. I wouldn’t feed it to my dog… went in the garbage. Ordered a plain cheese burger. Got this! Stevie wonder could have seen this wasn’t plain! The girl read the order back, so whose fault is it? can’t understand directions.. can’t cook, what? Called them up gave my name told them about it, they have my number, but sure didn’t call back for the garbage they actually sold me! If you wouldn’t eat it what you present to the customer, why would you deliver it? Unreal. Never again!

Not sure if this is just for the square pizzas, but the entire assembly was premade. The crust was one large slice of Wonder bread after baking. No crunch to it or evidence it was baked. The cheese was as if a singular sheet of cheese was printed and laid upon the pizza. There was no stretch nor flavor. This is the pizza for a birthday party of a third cousin once removed – fast and disappointing.

Last week our stromboli was undercooked and our chicken tenders and cheese sticks were cold.
Tonight, our chicken tenders were cold and our wedgie was cold .
When I called to complain I was told we’re busy tonight to which I responded busy doesn’t mean I should get cold food.
The response was, well we have 2 drivers and they take 5 orders at a time. Well, perhaps they should cut that down and provide customers a hot meal!
I spend over $50 every time I order and I order at least once a week.
I made sure the person who answered the phone and gave a half assed I’m sorry that I’ll be looking for a new place to order from.
The person who answered made it VERY clear my business isn’t important to them.
I use this Fox’s because it’s 2 miles away and convenient.
There is NO excuse for cold food.

We hosted a large function and included Fox’s pizza as part of our buffet. We preordered and paid for six of Fox’s “The Big One” pizzas, all with just pepperoni. We also ordered two regular large pizzas without cheese, for our guests with dairy allergies. We declared a date and time that we would be picking the food up when we placed the order. We were warned by Fox’s to bring a large vehicle to pick them up, as they are very, very large and will not fit in a car. We never gave a second thought to that order again, until it was time to pick it up. My niece and her spouse took their SUV, the receipt, and tip money to pick up the pizzas on time. Fox’s had the pizza ready to go on time, it was hot and delicious. Everyone at the function enjoyed the pizza, and was shocked at how big the pizzas were. I ordered food from several takeout restaurants for that buffet, and made some foods myself. By far, the pizza and care given to our order was outstanding by the Bentleyville Fox’s. Thanks for such an awesome experience!

The two young girls working were not nice at all! When I got there I was told 15 more minutes by an older worker, so I went to my car to wait. After 15 minutes I went in and the younger girl asked who I was picking up for and turned around and didn’t say another word. After a couple of minutes I asked how much longer so I could let my customer know. She had headphones in one ear and was looking my way and said nothing. So I asked the other girl and she said we’re busy. Which I could see and was understanding of that. I just wanted to know how long or if the pizzas were even started yet. I was polite but then they started talking about me which I could hear I was standing right there. I said I can hear you and all I ever wanted to know was about how long since I had a customer waiting for the delivery. I wanted to keep him informed. I will not accept any more deliveries for the Fox’s plus I let my customer know how rudely I was treated.

I ordered a BLT and received this sandwich of bacon bits, lettuce and no tomatoes! Traveling from out of state and will not order from them again. I was staying in a hotel and didn’t have time to wait for them to bring over some tomatoes.

Terrible service , young girl running register laughed at me and played on phone the whole time. Never go there!!!! I did a door dash pickup , and just get laughed at !! I only do this to help pay for my grandsons leukemia treatments. This is how employees here want to treat you.
