I honestly don’t know why I hadn’t tried Panda Express until now. I saw an advertisement for a new dish & wanted to try it. Unfortunately, this location didn’t offer it, but with their prices being so reasonable, I thought I’d still give them a try. Ordering is completely customizable & they have different serving portions options to make sure you’re getting exactly how much of whatever it is that you want. I ordered online for carrout. The food good, was ready on time & staff was polite. I’ll definitely be back!

Lost a customer simply cause I asked if I could taste a little piece of beef that I wasn’t sure of what it was and got denied. I would have literally paid for the sample.
I can understand if there’s a policy against samples but why would I buy an entire meal just to not like it? I hate businesses like this. You drop food on the floor and throw it out everyday but a simple request is where you draw the line.

I come here frequently, and usually have good service and food, but this time, this is all the meat they gave me for the PREMIUM (extra $1.50) steak entree.
Panda Express, Please give me a coupon or something for my next visit, otherwise I will not have faith that I will be getting fair portions in the future.

I placed an order ahead on January 9th at 2:30 pm. When we arrived, we were told they did not have any veggie rolls or chicken egg rolls. We had ordered six spring rolls, but the only alternative offered was cream cheese rangoons. Unfortunately, my son and I do not eat rangoons—only my husband does, and he had already ordered some for himself. There were no other substitution options offered, and no refund was provided. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially when ordering ahead.

As of today, food quality and amount have drastically decreased. I noticed the mini spring rolls they are trying to get away with and what was that hard thing in my orange chicken? Absolutely dumb for the high prices. I will never be back.

BEWARE!! DO NOT EAT HERE!! You will get food poisoning. I ordered a family meal from here and got SOO sick! When i called they told me to come in the next day for a refund. THEN REFUSED TO REFUND ME once i came into the store. horrible customer service from both managers and terrible food. I am still currently sick from this awful meal.

I really enjoy their food. Haven’t had a dish that dissapointed, just wish their portions were more in line with other Chinese restaurants. Staff is friendly, will answer questions and make small changes to please customers.

The food quality varies depending on when you go. Sometimes, it’s good and other times just okay. The location is convenient as it’s close to UAB Hospital. There is nearby parking in a garage and paid street parking.
