i ordered subway and my food was made horribly and i went back to get it remade and ended up at home with the same food, and he even put the wrong receipt in and his excuse was he is new, i understand being new to a job but if this is their training standards that’s clearly a very big problem!

If I could rate this place a ZERO, I would. I placed an order for delivery because I’ve worked a ton of hours this week and I just didn’t want to cook……but where to even start with this order…….They completely forgot my son’s pizza, so I guess my 9 year old is supposed to eat nothing. I ordered a BLT bowl and got something with pepperoni, salami, and I think turkey… not single drop of bacon…..so my teenager daughter won’t be eating dinner tonight either. … I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and got 4 sandwiches, but not one with a single piece of chicken. All I can see is onions, to which not one person in our home likes. . . . So there goes my other daughter’s dinner. Then apparently, we have a sandwich with just sauce and cheese??? Which we didn’t order……I am so irritated that I paid $15 for delivery and only got one sandwich that I ordered, so now I spend $60 for dinner and still have to cook?!?!?!?!!!! I tried calling the store for the past half hour, and they just keep hanging up on me. …. needless to say, I will never eat Subway again. It’s worse than throwing money down the drain because you’re stuck with a bunch of shifty food you didn’t order. . . If you’re craving a sub, steer clear of this joint!! Do yourself a favor and just get Jersey Mike’s.

Food was made wrong, ordered it toasted, it wasn’t and I had gotten peppercorn ranch on it and they were out and the worker didn’t think to call or when we got there offer any other kind of sauce, when I pulled it out of the bag the side of the bread was out as well, worker said he is new and that’s why, I get it because I’ve been new before too, but if that’s their food standards this is very gross. And the way I was spoken to was ridiculous.

Even though the worker seemed to be in a rush, he still took the time to make sure I was okay and never once let it affect the quality of his work. He was incredibly lovely and sweet, treating me with kindness and respect throughout the interaction. I’m pretty sure he’s new, but you honestly wouldn’t be able to tell—he did a wonderful job and carried himself with such care and professionalism. It really made the experience feel personal and positive.

It’s not 4 stars its 4.5
The person giving us the food was so nice and told us what they didn’t have. The grilled chicken Sub was better than a grilled chicken sandwich. Also, the inside smell like grilled chicken (good thing). Last thing, it looks so fresh!
