I Ordered an Ultimate BMT and this is what I found in my sandwich which by the way the bread was hard. I ordered a total of four sandwiches and the bread was hard. I called the store and talked to the Manager/Store Owner who insisted that the bread was fresh and out of the oven which was not true. She said she would find out who made them and would call me back but of course she didn’t. I’m not one to complain or leave bad reviews but the owner needs to make it right and fix the situation not blow it off. If you expect a good sandwich don’t come here there’s plenty other Subways to go to. I will never order from them again!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. The lady that helped us either wasn’t listening or just knew very little English or just wasn’t listening. Asked me three times after i gave her the same answer. Gave me attitude when i asked to put my bacon on before my veggies. The lettuce was soggy like it had been frozen then thawed. The tomatoes had the middle cut out just very unprofessional all around. Avoid this one at all costs.

I buy from the subway at least once a month never really had an issue up until yesterday my kids sandwiches look like they ran out of ingredients or something a couple of the ingredients that I asked for were missing or lacking the way they wrapped the sandwich itself was horrible I don’t know if it was a new employee just learning but very disappointed

I asked for my sandwich to be toasted. Even with it toasted the bread came out chewy and mushy. I can’t believe I paid 15 bucks for just a sandwich. I have 3 stars because the service the young man gave was good. The other lady didn’t even acknowledge me when entered. Stood there for a cool minute too

This has to be the reason why subway gets a bad rep. They barely put any tuna or protein. It was ridiculous. I thought it was a prank. I saw the sandwich after purchasing it for my employee. I will never return to this location. If you do, please review. Also the owner seems only concerned about her phone calls. She doesn’t interact. No hello or thank you.

The food was okay. The service was okay and friendly. That place was clean and neat. Great location. Enough parking place to park. It’s a little expensive. There is no handicap entrance here. They need more seats in here. Small little place. They have great sandwich here .

Firstly, the customer service here is terrible. If you do not like your job, go find something else to do. Allow someone who has respect and ethics to do the job. I have been in place twice, and both times every server has had the absolute worst attitudes. Today, I had a family member tell me to never go there because they were also treated poorly. To make a long story short, please do better!
