Absolutely incredible. Everything was flavorful – made fresh. The margarita was delicious and the salsas are superior! I also loved that their kids meals were laminated – they gave the kids dry erase markers to use on them. What a genius idea! Will absolutely be going back!

Currently staying from Chicago in San Diego with family who are locals. They highly recommend this spot, we went as a group after a nice warm day on the beach. Absolutely beautiful inside, warm, not too loud, and very cozy. Not too many people. Server was amazing and extremely welcoming, didn’t charge extra for kids lemonade or different choice of meat on the nachos. Food was delicious many choices, there were a grand amount of the nachos with tons of toppings. Totally would go again next time I visit, extremely delicious, great atmosphere, and just an overall wonderful family experience. Solid five out of five stars.

We had the enchiladas and fish tacos. Both were excellent. I haven’t had a ton of fish tacos in my life, but these may be the best. Good portion of fish in each, and balanced flavor.

Great food! Sean and the staff were awesome. Not only are the margaritas the best, the tacos were amazing. It’s great when you can have a bartender that takes real pride in his cocktails. Nothing thrown together or mass produced, all fresh and tasty!

We were looking for a place we could eat with our 10 month old baby, the place wasn’t too busy at the moment, which made our experience more convenient with the stroller high chair and other stuff, and we got the option to choose a bigger table.
The waiter was very attentive, drinks and food were really good.

The service here is impressively fast, and the staff is exceptionally polite. My waiter, Nick, demonstrated a strong knowledge of the menu and the hot sauce. This place is a solid choice, especially with numerous other options nearby for dessert. The location is fantastic, and I highly recommend it. I will definitely be returning.

The food is very good. It can be a bit noisy, so if you’re hoping to have a conversation, I’d recommend going early. It’s also a little pricey. Be aware that the chips and salsa are not complimentary — you’ll need to pay for them.

Walking by Jalisco at night you will undoubtedly witness people having fun, as it’s one of the more consistently busy restaurants in Carlsbad Village. Go there just one time and find out why.
Atmosphere is wonderful and the staff from top to bottom is professional and very much on their game.
The chips are thick and crispy. It is what you want and what you are looking for in a chip. The guacamole doesn’t disappoint either.
We all got tacos and leaned not only does it come with four of them per order but the tortillas are made in house daily. I got the corn. The kids got the flour. Everyone left deeply happy and satisfied.

Looking for a spot for drinks and appetizers over the weekend and came here because it didn’t look too busy. Should’ve seen that as a red flag.. ordered margaritas and chips and guacamole and salsa. The waiter seemed annoyed we weren’t ordering food and after we told her we were only ordering drinks and appetizers she came back a couple minutes later and said “so you’re not ordering food” when she brought our chips and salsa/guacamole out half of the chips were crumbs. Expensive place for bland guacamole and a bowl of crumbs
