Food is fine but DO NOT order online. It’s messed up and will only put in the order for a sandwich with nothing else. Even if you add toppings, it will put it through for just the meat and cheese.

Potbelly’s was absolutely delicious! First time ever eating there. I got the Turkey Club and I was expecting a standard Turkey Club you get elsewhere and it was nothing like it!! A cup of Broccoli Cheddar soup finished off my meal and I wanted more. But I was way too full!! Fantastic job at Potbelly’s!!!

Food is great. However I understand it’s Christmas Eve, but when your sign says you close at 7pm and it is 6:45 and you refuse to serve people “because you’re closed” but still during open hours with your open sign on it is not okay. If you’re closed. Change the time on your sign and turn the open sign off.

First time ordering and they did not disappoint. I had the 1/2 avo-turkey and chicken pot pie soup, my partner had the 1/2 roast beef and broccoli cheese soup. Both were delicious and the soup was delivered at the perfect temperature.

Very good food and nice staff. My first time coming to potbelly. On my top 5 list of sandwich shops the menu was great and the big chocolate chip cookies were amazing. I love the area. Everything in this area is great. I will be back again. It’s great recommend this for hot sandwich lovers. We got the a wreck and split it. It was just right. They also have kettle chips which I love. Yum
