Every single time i buy a bagel, the ALWAYS give me the wrong one, ALWAYS. Oh but they charge for what I asked for, every single time, seems like their employees make the bagels they want for them. But no what the client ask for.
If no listening at all is a requirement for work there, I can give them my husband’s curriculum, he does pretty good.
Just disappointed every single time
Everything here just feels genuine — from the smiles at the counter to the care they put into your order. It’s a small-town gem with big heart and consistent quality. Highly recommend this Bruegger’s location to anyone who appreciates great food served with kindness and attention.
I opened our sandwiches to find that I in fact did not need the extra side of chipotle mayo (the only thing she got right) because she put 3x extra on each sandwich and absolutely no siracha on either. My husband is NOT a huge fan of mayo to begin with but it was layered on so thick it looked like there was also cream cheese which does not come on the sandwich I ordered nor did I order it…… what about the siracha we talked about three times?! And whyyyyy would ask for extra mayo if you’re gonna put the whole tub of it on. Needless to say I didn’t think to take a picture until my husband had torn his sandwich apart trying to salvage any of it. which may have been two bites. However,vi thought I wouldn’t mind mine too much because I love the mayo. IT WAS ABSURB. First not having the siracha killed it but one bite and it literally made me not hungry anymore. So I will add the pictures I took. Mine is the one that speaks for itself. I put my finger in the sauce so you couldn’t mistake it for a pepper or something. (I didn’t think to show the onions that literally looked like they were from the bottom of the tub for two weeks.) my husband threw out his messy part but I took a photo to show there is no red at all, that should’ve been siracha!
I tried to call the store to leave my name and number to speak with a manager. However, there was no mailbox so after it rang and went to the main menu, i tried pressing something else and it rang again. Someone answered in a very ignorant and rushing you off the phone way and said “this is brueggers bagels we’re closed, how can I help you”. I was thrown off and asked to speak to a manager. In another very ignorant and more rushing me off the phone she said, “I am the manager, how can I help you.” So I hung up because I was not about to deal with one of those miserable women. I didn’t want to have to come on here and do this. I wanted to speak with a manager, but definitely not that one and there’s no mailbox for any other way to know I’m not speaking with her. I’m not looking for anyone to get fired, I get that this time of the year is stressful and what not and no one wants to be working the time between Christmas and new years. But some of us have to. And it’s 1:35 when you close at 2. It took you about 7 minutes to make my sandwiches (wrong) when it would’ve taken the same time to make them right. If you weren’t focused on leaving. It’s not like it’s 10pm. I’m sorry for my rant, just really disappointed that I spent $30 on an orange juice and green tea.
Caramel cold brew was FULL of sugar. I was literally drinking the syrup.
And up charges for bakers dozen when you get blueberry bagels?!
Used to love Brueggers when I lived up north. This soured ye experience.
