THE MANGER ROGER IS RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. NASTY ATTITUDE, TALKS OVER PEOPLE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My mom and i tried to place an order online and accidentally placed it at the wrong location. called the store to talk to the manger to revive some assistance on how to go about canceling the order the manger was rude and unhelpful. i tried to explain that the order was placed on the website not on the app so i was not logged in therefore the steps he was providing would not work. he continued to talk over me without actually understanding what the issue was. never got my food. and the money is still not in the account. After talking over us to the point of aggravation, he put us on hold, hung up the phone, and stopped answering the phone. what a shame a man so grown has the attitude of a toddler. please find better management this store is to expensive for a burger to be meet with such bad customer service on every end.

Hamburgers are always good here, fresh ingredients. Fries are good, but they serve too much for one person, in my opinion. I would reduce the quantity. Service and atmosphere great.

Very disappointed with this five guys. My order was mistakenly place at this store, and my daughter and I called to try to get it cancelled we were meet with nothing but a very rude manager. Roger was very rude, when trying to explain what happened I was cut off multiple times. He then put me on hold and hung up the phone and now calling back there’s no response. I would expect more from a manger at this establishment. Will not be returning to five guys

Straight trash just ordered a buy one get one free cheeseburger promo from doordash for me and my 4 year old son with frys and a Oreo milkshake only received one cheeseburger and it was the worst Burger ever tasted from Five Guys the patties were overcooked and dry didn’t taste good at all even the milkshake didn’t taste good just had a weird off taste like the milk was bad or something only thing that tasted decent was the fries got $11 refund for the burger that I never received but still not even close to being worth the $27 I was charged and the location is less than a mile from my house so that wasnt the reason….Stop hiring employees that should be working at McDonald’s unless you’re going to drop your prices accordingly because I don’t believe it’s a Five Guys issue every other time i had five guys its has been good

My Wife and I visited this 5 guys location about 2 weeks ago.
We went for lunch around 1pm on a Wednesday afternoon.
To begin with, Caleb, the manager (I assume) at the time greeted us immediately as we entered the store. I always love when I’m greeted at the door!!
Mr. Caleb assured us that we could take as much time to decide on what to have as is necessary. It’s nice to not feel pressured to make a hasty decision. We had a couple of questions which were answered promptly and accurately – thank you!
We eventually landed on a couple burgers for lunch and we were discussing as to whether or not we should purchase a large Cajun style fries or normal size. Caleb stepped in and assured us that a normal size fries would suffice for both of us. He was right!! Saved us a couple bucks too – thanks Caleb!
Pricing is a bit higher than other burger places, however, I can say the overall quality of the meal is considerably better than the competition which speaks towards the higher price.
The store was clean and orderly. All condiments were stocked and readily available. Additionally, the bathrooms were clean and well stocked.
The burgers were thoroughly cooked and all of the toppings were perfect! Caleb even brought the order to our table, which we thought was fantastic.
Overall I would rate this location a 9 out of 10.
I base this rating off of food quality, environment, cleanliness, staff professionalism, and overall pricing.
Great job guys (and gals)! Excellent staff and product. We will be back!

Order was wrong the ticket was correct. My burger was missing bacon and somehow green peppers were added that I didn’t request on my burger. How do you forget to put bacon on a bacon cheese burger and add green peppers instead? It also tasted like their was some kind of seasoning on the burger that was not the norm. Five guys is a somewhat expensive burger place for them to not check the order before preparing and giving it to a customer I don’t usually go to this location and probably won’t be back. Can’t recommend.

There was a very strong smell inside the restaurant. I ordered a cheeseburger — the staff were friendly, but the drink machines weren’t cooling properly and the drinks tasted bad. I still ate my burger, which was the first thing I had all day, and about two hours later I got food poisoning. It really seems like the food or sauces are not being properly checked.

Caleb, was exceptional! My wife and I were greeted at the door immediately with a very big smile, and it tickled our hearts that Caleb did not offer us more food than he knew that we could eat in turn, saving us some money. Well done, you guys, excellent customer service. We are very happy and we’ll be back!
