I’m giving this Subway ⭐⭐⭐ because the experience landed right in the middle—not terrible, but definitely not great either. The sandwich I ordered was fine overall. The ingredients were fresh enough, the bread was soft, and everything tasted the way you’d expect from a typical Subway meal. It filled me up and got the job done, so no complaints there.
The reason for the 3 stars mostly comes down to the service and the atmosphere. The staff wasn’t rude, but they didn’t seem very motivated or welcoming, and the energy in the store felt low. The line moved slower than it should have, even though there weren’t many people ahead of me. A little more attention and enthusiasm would go a long way in making customers feel appreciated.
The store itself could have been cleaner. The counter area, sandwich station, and drink area all looked like they needed a quick wipe-down. It wasn’t messy enough to walk out, but it was noticeable and definitely something that should be addressed.
Overall, it’s a decent place to stop for a quick bite if you’re hungry and nearby, but there’s room for improvement. With better service, faster pacing, and a bit more cleanliness, this Subway could easily become a 4- or 5-star experience.

I really enjoyed the All-Pro Chicken Teriyaki Footlong Sub on any bread you could want with any cheese you choose & all of the vegetables you could ask for (& of course wether you want it toasted or not)! They had some nice Christmas decorations at this location & a friendly staff making sandwiches! I was 100% satisfied & I know if you stop in, you should leave feeling the same!

Freshly renovated store, sandwiches could use some meat. The sidekicks are lacking flavor; For Example the Pretzel does not taste like Auntie Anne’s. Service was fast and friendly. I love coming to this franchise!

Ordered a Tuna sub for my wife and when I went to pay, I realized I did not have my wallet. He helped me check my phone to see if I had ApplePay setup. I did not. Unfortunately, I did not get the gentleman’s name, but he told me to go ahead, take my order and come back to pay. He did not have to do this. It wasn’t like I was an everyday customer there and he knew me. He did not. I was able to get my wallet 20 min later and came back to pay my bill.
In such a messed up world we live in, it is nice to see there is still some kindness in this world. I believe in paying it forward and will definitely do that in Honor of this wonderful person. May you be blessed with much happiness and success.

They got my order wrong, when i asked them to fix it for me the owner caught an attitude and refused to fix it. i asked nicely. His son wasn’t any better. Very unprofessional.

Very friendly staff, all food is fresh not like other subways that don’t care. My family and I will drive out of our way to drive to THIS subway. We call it the GOOD Subway when we decide which to go to. There is one within walking distance from our house, and we would rather drive the 15 minutes to come see the staff here.
