We thought this was really great. We’ve driven by every time we’re in Anguilla, and finally found the time to go in.
We had the chicken Roti, which was filled with shredded curry chicken and potatoes. We also had the shrimp curry roti which was equally good. Like most restaurants on Anguilla, the owner is very friendly and welcoming and proud of her menu.
Give it a go. You’ll likely be impressed.

First off, I thoroughly enjoyed my roti, but I was shocked at the price: $20US?! It’s an Indian-style burrito with potatoes and meat. I actually wonder if it was supposed to be 20ECD, and they “accidentally” charged me $20US since I’m a foreigner. If it was 20ECD, I would definitely go back. For $20….I know Anguilla is an expensive place, but you can get ribs and three sides at Jelly’s down the road for $14, which makes a single roti for $20 seem pretty pricey!

Absolutely delicious. We stopped in and tried the goat roti and shrimp roti. The owner is so kind and welcoming and the view while you eat is gorgeous. Best food we have had in Anguilla so far, cannot recommend enough. Also had the pleasure of petting a very good dog 🙂 10/10.

Genuine. Authentic. The next time you’re in Anguilla, do yourself a huge favor and stop by The Roti Hut. When we travel, we look to eat local as much as possible. After landing in Anguilla, we couldn’t wait to stop by and have some of the best if not the best roti, soups, and other dishes you’ll find on the island. If you’re not convinced, ask the people who live there, and they will say the same.

I bought a veggie roti and it was pretty much just a potato and cabbage roti. I would have expected if they couldn’t produce a real veggie roti that they would just say it. This roti was huge, however it was potatoes and cabbage with a glimmer of carrots. They can do better, you never know who comes to
