Placed mobile order, said would be ready at 11:05 am. Store opens at 11 am. Arrived at 11:10 to pickup order, door’s to building where locked. Saw cars in drive-thru, walk over and ask the LJS employee if they are open, yeah was the response from LJS employee. I tell employee door is still locked and I’m picking up mobile order. Got a shrug and a look if dont care. Made me stand outside by drive-thru window like a vagrant waiting for my food while car’s are coming thru the drive-thru. I have been coming to this location for years when in Kentucky, the service and professionalism of this location has finally hit rock bottom. I will take my business elsewhere . Forced to leave 1 star, should be 0.0.

Love the A&W side. Long johns side however the fish tacos are so tiny and usually forgotten. A lot of food don’t make it to the bag but the food that does is good.

I travel for work. This is by far one of the worst LJS I have ever visited. I’ve been here a total of 3 times, one in which was picking up a replacement order and the only time I’ve gotten edible food. 2 times I have gotten old, dried out chicken and or fish and the fries tasted like the oil is not being maintained so those too went in the trash. 2 times, I have thrown hard earned money in the trash and went somewhere else. On one visit, you can tell they put old food back in the fryer and tried to pass it off as fresh food. The other time, they didn’t even bother, the food was just old and rubbery. They don’t answer the speaker, you have to speak 1st and on 2 occasions where I didn’t even get food, I spoke and sit there 3 minutes with no one answering me, so I left. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the manager did correct one of these visits by replacing the food.

I just came through their drive thru to purchase 2 shrimp and fish platters, 12 hush puppies and a large A&W root beer.
Upon returning home, ( 25 miles later) I found out that they had charged me over $31 dollars for two chicken and fish platters.
I called the restaurant and talked to the manager and she refused to make the order right.
They would give me a dozen shrimp if I come in tomorrow.
I hope that the local people and people traveling I-64 are aware of this restaurant and their disregard for making sure that the customer is always right.
If it was possible I wouldn’t have given them any stars.
Please pass the word for people to be aware of this restaurant and their unprofessional manners.

I haven’t eaten at an A&W or LJS in a really long time. I forgot how much I liked both of them. My 2 piece fish was just like I remembered. So good. Great fries. Love those hushpuppies. My chili dog was great too. Brought back some serious nostalgia. The Mrs. said her cheeseburger was really good too.

Traveling for work and ordered 2 tacos one fish and one shrimp. They were literally 4 pieces of shrimp on a tortilla and a piece of fish on a tortilla. Very disappointed with this one. They can’t hear you on the speaker at all, which is horrible. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and won’t go back to the Grayson location
