Some of the best Mexican food out there, and just one of the great Mexican food places in and around Hubbard. Soft, fluffy rice, wonderful meats, awesome tacos, and the tortas (sandwiches) are to die for. Don’t forget to add an order of horchata too, it complements the entire selection of dishes.

I had burritos here a few times and the food has always been good.. I ordered the nachos this time and although the nachos where very good. There was not very much toppings on it for the price. I think next time I’ll just order the burrito. That way I’m not left with plate full of tortilla chips

First rate taco food cart. Small enclosed seating area when weather is poor- a couple tables in the sun when not. In gas station parking lot- with convenience store for sodas, restrooms, etc.

Best food ever. Not sure if it’s Diana or not but the lady who runs it is so nice and I tell everyone about her food. There’s a 2nd location both are good but this one in hubbard is my fav. Try it as soon as possible.

This is a great cart! The burrito I had was packed with deliciousness, well above average. The only reason it gets four stars is because there isn’t actually a menu or prices posted, so you get a little puzzle with your meal!

We stopped by for a quick bite but ending up ordering more as the food was delicious. We had a chicken quesadilla and burger, both were really tasty! The quesadilla was crisp on the outside and the chicken flavor was great, I enjoyed the bread shied for the burger as well. The red sauce is the ultimate hot sauce, a must try!
