CAULIFLOWER CRUST!!!! I had the taco pizza with this new crust they have…. It was soooo good. Heads up for low carbers out there if u order taco kind ask for no tortilla chips on top. Will order again. It was also $18.95 for 8 slices well worth it.

Ginos is hands-down one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had, and I’ve tried a lot. The sauce is amazing and the quality of the food is top notch. I typically get the cheese sticks, and at their best, they’re soft, moist and delicious. Absolutely some of the best food, and I’m grateful they’re located in the Toledo area.
Unfortunately, management and staffing has been on a sharp decline. While not nasty, they have a high turnover rate, and this affects the speed of the service. It gets so bad, sometimes they won’t even answer the phone. Management also doesn’t communicate when the restaurant is closed on holidays. I have placed orders online, only to discover the restaurant is closed on that day. Absolutely no indication. As of late, their online ordering system doesn’t even seem to work.
This particular location is falling into disrepair. This adds to the sense the business is on the decline.
Despite the issues with the actual business, the food is so amazing, it gets five stars and beyond!

Have had Gino’s ever since I was like 3 years old, I’m 69 now. This is the BEST pizza’s ever. My brother use too order them unbaked & sent to California!!
Wish they’d reopen the one in Perrysburg, but we’ll drive the distance too get the good PIZZA’S.

The pizza I ordered was delicious and the service was nice. My reason for only 4 stars then is that the crust wasn’t completely sturdy. The crust wasn’t crisp – the entire pizza, not just the rim. I think they’ll do better next time.

Came in around 8pm today (Sunday) for my first time, and they weren’t very busy. My friends and I all ordered and waited a decently long time to receive our food. And once we finally got it, it wasn’t very good. Our subs were partially warm, partially not and just overall not good.

Finally after several they’d the store was open when we was in the area!! So worth the try! The only complaint is gluten free pizza is size small only. Really good bbq chicken & looking forward to having it again soon yummy!

literally the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Called in a order for a thin crust pepperoni pizza, pick it up and get back to work to realize that’s its barley cooked and the entire thing is doughy, I call back so that they can get another in the oven so I don’t have to wait, I explained what was wrong and the lady literally hung up on me, I called back and asked why she hung up on me and her response was “I heard you” and she hung up again. I get back to the store and I’m told only the manager can get me another pizza and she’s in the bathroom, after standing and waiting for 15 min I just asked for my money back then proceeded to wait another 15 min for the manager to figure out the computer, all the while the 2 employees had terrible attitudes and not once did they apologize. The manager looked like she was on drugs. I wouldn’t get food from here again if I was starving to death and it was the last food place on earth

I had used a coupon for a phone order but they neglected to tell me that they needed it in person so I had to go back out to go get it unless I wanted to pay full price.
Also when I went to take care of the coupon debacle, I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make a new pizza as he almost gave me one that was standing for 2 hours.
TL;DR Food’s good, service is lacking.

I do enjoy the sauce especially. The food is overall pretty good. Their website says they still have a buffet option when in reality they have not had the budget since 2016 at least at the Woodville road location.
