When I got to the speaker it took a good 3 min that I decided to say hello is this working when someone finally Said all be right with u. After another 2 min finally they took my order i was then told they had no chicken breast for my order and I ordered anyways When I came to the window it took a good 5 min to get my food as they are having a personal conversation I sat there waiting for my family meal finally I get my order and when I get home 15 min away the chicken way raw and looking nasty and yes it had chicken breast so I must have been waiting for them to add it to my family pack but as they were not paying attention to the food it was raw I asked for the extra crispy and get the original under cooked. I drive back to get my money refunded 47.00 for a family meal that was not cooked right and the gas and time to go back should have been paid as well for their mistake . Was not happy at all will never use this location again.

Equipment out of order means
Yup
I blame myself but I was hungry. Undercooked, broken equipment and a bad case of diarrhea. I told the manager but he insisted it was ok.

Absolutely ridiculous experience. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this was just pure laziness and lack of care. I specifically asked for utensils THREE separate times — when I placed the order, when I picked it up, and even reminded the worker again before walking out. And guess what? No utensils in the bag.

How hard is it to do the one thing a customer politely asks for multiple times? It shows a complete lack of attention and professionalism. Now I’m stuck with a meal I can’t even eat properly because someone couldn’t be bothered to do their job right. Unacceptable.

Super over priced, bad service, and awful food. We weren’t even asked what kind of chicken we wanted. The cashier even tried to short change us by $10.

To add insult to injury, after spending more than $50, the chicken was gross (salty, dripping in grease, soggy breading falling off, some pieces of chicken had chunks of chicken missing), the mashed potatoes and gravy weren’t good (and also super salty), and the biscuits were undercooked (and also very salty). Very disappointing. My family and I won’t be back.

The chicken wasn’t cooked correctly is heavily greased and in my order they forgot my three sides when they call back to ask him what happened ridiculous they can’t even have somebody send it to my house or whatever or don’t they have like delivery services that deliver their food that’s what they should have done instead of get the runaround. Here’s another restaurant that I will not be venturing to for the next year they’re on my list as poor service poor food and poor customer service

For starters they didn’t have any paper receipt to give me a receipt and they didn’t have any butter.
But what really irritated me was that I got a famous bowl but I told them with no chicken and no gravy Make it gluten-free and they did not there were pieces of chicken and I could not eat my famous bowl because of health reasons (I cannot eat gluten) So if I did not look at my food before eating I probably would have ingested it and been really really sick.
Then they said everything was in the bag so I took their word for it and I probably shouldn’t have because I did not get my biscuits.

Workers don’t listen what want order.
I ordered mush potatoes with no gravy and got gravy. The workers said sure you don’t want gravy. Customer ordered food you need listen

The lazy workers refused to make more extra crispy chicken because they said they were closing soon. They weren’t closing for another 48 minutes. This is the third time in a month that they ran out of cooked extra crispy chicken (you gotta wait 20 minutes every time this happens) but this time they completely refused to make more. They should be serving customers until they close. Not refuse because they don’t feel like making more and wanna go home early. If they don’t wanna do their jobs, give it to someone else who needs it.

Sucks! The girl that’s always there in the drive thru has such a bad attitude and told us it was going to take 25 mins JUST for macaroni and cheese, what a joke. KFC really hires anyone nowadays.
