You wonder why no one eats here! I went through the line, got a chicken bowl. Everything was empty. I got the bottom of everything. $18. Sit down and not 30 seconds later they filled everything back up. I went and asked if they could make me fresh since they knew it was coming out and still served me cold hard chicken. Manager was not nice about it (shes the one that made my bowl originally) She did it, but with an attitude, and I got a half a scoop of chicken and so much sour cream is why like soup. No one in my family likes chipotle, I come here alone. Im so glad Chik-fil-a is open now. To bad its sunday or I would throw this crap away and pay for something fresh.

It was a little bit of a rough experience today. We arrived around 3pm for an early dinner. My wife started her bowl order with the crew putting the rice in, but when it got to the protein, chicken, they said they were out and it would take about 8 minutes if we wanted to wait. We decided to wait and the employee put a cover on the rice he put in her bowl and left it sitting by the prep area. It actually took closer to 15 minutes before they were ready to continue with the order and use the rice that had been sitting in the bowl all that time cooling down. About six other customers were waiting for chicken as well. Moving to the register to pay, the employee informed us that they only had large fountain drink cups and no straws. So, we were charged the large price although it was not what we wanted. The customer after us ordered a kids meal and they were out of kids meal carriers as well.
On the plus side, the food was good and we will of course be back. Things happen, just usually not all at once like this unfortunately. We have had no issues at all in the past. Kudos to the employee cooking the chicken for apologizing to us for the lengthy delay! The other employees seemed indifferent.

Not a very big place and the layout is kinda dumb. The dining area is already tiny and you have to walk thru it to get to the line start point.
The service was quick and the food was good. It was too crowded so we opted to just take it and eat at home. There is outside patio seating but it was a bit nippy.
Overall, it was okay.

First of all I love chipotle, but this store is……….questionable!!! Just ordered mobile and received the saddest bowl I have ever seen. No chicken and the few pieces I did get were full of grizzle. Asked for extra lettuce and yeah! Even if you are trying to save money by making a small bowl, you still could have filled it with lettuce and it would have looked full, but instead I’m sad. Very very disappointed!!
Edit: They ask you to contact them and then walk you in circles. They can’t even use real people to even pretend they care. The help after the horrible experience was even worse than the food!

Fist time at this location and it was the best chipotle I’ve ever had. And I get chipotle a lot! Drove 30 minutes from Midland. Restaurant was incredibly clean, food was SO fresh, staff was attentive and friendly. Whoever was working on Halloween night deserves a raise!

We stopped tonight (Sunday) traveling down I-75 heading home. A courteous & helpful young man served us, taking the time to explain everything & making sure we we got everything we wanted. Items were plentiful & well stocked & we received very generous portions.

Tried out for opening day and wow very impressed..I ordered on the app, I love how I can select my allergies and it’ll tell me what contains them. Also the chipotlane 10/10

Don’t come here anywhere near 2 hours before they close. $30 including tip for cold steak and brown guac. Every time I’ve come here lately I have been so disappointed. If you aren’t going to serve fresh food two hours before close then just close at 9. I don’t plan on wasting money here anymore.

I came in to chipotle the other day to get a burrito! The guy on the grill was trying to help me but informed me that he didn’t have any experience rolling a burrito! He went over and asked the person that was doing the drive thru to come help and he started swearing at him to figure it out! I felt bad for the grill guy but I decided to just walk out because I wasn’t getting what I came in for! I come in to chipotle a lot for fundraisers for my kids sports I’m usually not this disappointed but they need better staff!

morning crew. Pre ordered online , waited a bit in the drive thru. Food was quite colder than warm, lettuce not correctly cut, it was in huge chunks, incorrectly made on top of that
