We went to pick up our food, and as we were waiting, a womam was agrily yelling and said that she guesses they arent leaving at 4….we got our food, but my sons sub had little to no meat, which was not ok. It was not a very good family experience, as we walked there expecting a good meal and even better hospitality….smh.

Randy was so polite and made my sandwich perfectly! Paid attention to everything I said, and made it exactly how I wanted it! Best sandwich I’ve had and I am a frequent visitor of all the subways in town, and they are never consistent! Randy however provides the same great service and quality every time! Subway needs more workers like him or he needs a raise!!!

One of the rudest customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time. I ordered dinner for my family to be delivered. None of the drinks arrived. I immediately called Subway and let them know. The woman on the other end informed me that I needed to call DoorDash because they were the ones who delivered my order. Mind you, I ordered directly through the subway app so i have no way of contacting DoorDash as I didn’t order through them. The woman went on to say that it’s not her job to make sure my order is complete and blamed it on the delivery person. I asked her how do i get my drinks, she told me to bring my receipt in to prove I paid. The entire point of paying nearly $10 in fees and tip was so I didn’t have to drive across town and pick up my food/drinks. She was extremely rude and condescending so I asked for her name and she said “i don’t have to give you my name”. I told her I’d like to know who I spoke with so I can write a complaint and she refused once again. I then asked if I could speak to a manager and she hung up the phone. Now I will have to go to this store tomorrow to get my $9 dollars worth of drinks that they refused to deliver or simply refund my money. The woman lacks serious customer service skills. Her rudeness was unbelievable. I’m shocked that the subway in Aberdeen would even employ someone so rude.

Order from the app, and most of the time my order gets cancelled because they are always out of food items. I’ve stopped in store and asked before, they’ve blamed it on deliveries and the previous days staff for not stocking. Overall, disappointing!!

Just went to get a sandwich from this place and ordered it over app. The bacon was sub done if at all and the bread was to be toasted barely warmed up. I put on I wanted sweet onion sauce didn’t get that. The sandwich was disgusting. Probably won’t come back to subway in this town again yuck a 6 yr old could of made a better sandwich

ordered online. ordered tuna there was maybe a bites worth on each half. the veggies were so messy I couldn’t even pick it up. the other sub wasn’t warm and was missing multiple things ordered on it. the man working was rude. will not be returning

I have to say I went in the subway the other night me and my son the food was really good the service was really bad it wasn’t the older lady that was working that was bad she was really good and friendly with my son it was a younger girl that was working that was real rude. then after I ran my credit card then the woman actually had the nerve to ask me you can leave a tip too if you would like it was kind of shocked to be getting charged to tip at Subway but even though I got the bad service and it was good food I did also leave a tip which again I thought was a little weird for Subway.

I went to this location, and what a disappointment! It was obvious they were low on avocado up front, so instead of giving me a scoop I got a light transparent smattering. It was obvious the employees didn’t care about their jobs. The cucumbers I got were slimy remnants, I asked for oregano, and when the employee asked his co-worker if they had any she just walked away without responding. Horrible location. I hope all local Subways aren’t this bad. On top of everything else, the serving area was cluttered with no indication that it had recently been cleaned. I went during a slow time in the mid afternoon, so there is no excuse for this.
