Never ever order Uber Eats from this place again. Just because someone else is picking an order does mean u have to give me stale bread and burn shrimp. Are y’all packing with your eyes closed I would never do such a thing disgustingggg. Playing with peoples food messed my whole day up fire the whole kitchen!!!

Go to the Zaxby’s in Winder or Bethlehem instead. I ordered 2 meals. When I got there they only had 1 of the drinks there. Then the bathroom was awful, it stank and the soap dispenser was broken (looks like they tried to tape it together, but it didn’t hold), one of the paper towel dispensers was broken and the other was dispensing small 3 inch strips of paper towel…. Anyways I get my food and head home. And when I went to eat my Kicken Chicken Sandwich I noticed that it lacked any semblance of buffalo sauce and the supposedly “large fry” looks small. If for some reason you’re desperate enough to eat here don’t do the “go big” the staff will not give you a large fry. Better yet go next door to the Dairy Queen. At least they give you what you order.

This review is weighted by the app. Frequent promotions of free items “only available in online orders” are just not actually available. So many times we have been frustrated. I personally don’t want to return.

I got signature sandwich and the bottom bun was stale and crumbly – like it had be toasted 20 minutes prior and just left out and the reheated for my order. I took it back up, and staff just started at me mouths agape. Since they were unable to even speak, I told them not to worry about it and used a piece of toast as a substitute. It was ok as repaired,, but I still say, bad food and bad service – one star.

Likely will not be back. Hadn’t been there since before Covid. Since it had been remodeled, we decided to give it a go. Ordered two house salads and two drinks. The prices were not displayed on the order board. It cost us $22! We about died! The salads were horrible. Salad that came from a bag, no doubt. A few sliced tomatoes and cucumbers on top, with some French onions. The chicken looked like it was ultra processed. Yuck! Before, it had eggs and bacon on it, too. It was so sad looking and not worth what we paid! Save your money…go somewhere else!

They have messed up multiple of my orders once delivered a meal with no fries or drink just a half thrown sandwich ..now I have salad with hair in it .This is like the fifth order .Do better
