Used the drive thru and ordered a 5 pc tender meal. Usually get decent size pcs…but these were ridiculously small. Y’all need to call these nuggets and charge less. Last time I was my money here.

Mt coworker and i stopped in on our lunch break. When we arrived they were already in the middle of messing up a groups order. We wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and be patient though. So we waited. And waited. After they finally finished the group ahead of us, they took our order. 3 chicken sandwiches. We had already waited so long we could no longer sit at restaurant to eat. So we took our sandwiches and hit the road. Only to get half way up the road and find they came DRENCHED in mayonnaise. Both sides of the bun.. at this point I have no choice but to make the best of my lunch that’s already running long. It took me 5 paper towels to get enough mayo off my sandwich to eat it. Very terrible experience.VERY dirty bathroom. Would not recommend.

They are very rude. I just went there ordered a 10 piece for 16.99. I asked for fresh chicken. When I got the chicken it was soggy and cold. The manager told the cashier to give me my money back. All I wanted was fresh chicken. Nasty attitude and horrible customer service!!!

I got the 3pc chicken tenders (no combo) and 4pc chicken wings (boneless) came out to almost $20. I can say it DEFINITELY was not work the time, money, or energy coming here. We had issues with customer service and asking for sauce packets. The lady was very rude when we asked for it when they didn’t put it in the bag. Then she got extra mad when we asked for an extra sauce which we ordered at the beginning. She started yelling at us over the counter that it was only one sauce per meal when we PAYED EXTRA and had it on the receipt. Afterwords we could hear her and the other coworkers talking bad about us to where we could hear and while we were eating which was a very unwelcoming and uncomfortable situation. Over damn sauce. Which is crazy cause the chicken was so dry, unseasoned, flubbery, and disappointing overall. How does chicken get over cooked and underCooked at the same time?… I say save your money and you’re better off just going to McDonalds… I left there questioning how the hell they are still in business. I done got bamboozled. They need a lot less chicken and more church… SMH…

Their chickens are always tasty, juicy and hot!! Fries is really good too. I love how the chicken is tasty all the way in to the meat and not just the surface or skin. The service is good and fast! Would definitely go back.

12/12, I am a regular customer of this branch in Federal way. I always buy 8 pc or 10pc chicken all the time without having any issues but on this day they only have white meat so they had to charge more $31 including the gravy which I didn’t mind. When I got back home, we prepared to eat with my two-year-old. When I opened the box , they only gave me “7 chicken,” which I took pictures right away in case they asked for proof because I intended to reach out and inform them. My two-year-old started eating because she was so excited & hungry and I was hungry too and pregnant. When I called them i spoke to Christian and instead of apologizing, he instead said i had to go back to bring the 7pc chicken so they can exchange it with 8pc because he said “how will they know if they really gave 7 or 8 if i will not return it which i find really stupid. If i really want to lie just to get 1 chicken i could have go back and show them 7 even if they gave me 8 but they only really gave 7 pcs… I will not drive so cold wasting my energy and gas just for one chicken. I was just hoping that they apologize and take accountability for their mistake instead of accusing their customer lying just for one chicken.

Talk about real friend chicken. Nobody does it better than Church’s. Seriously, how do they make the meat so tender! This is some miracle work.

For anyone who’s looking into special dipping sauce, I tried creamy jalapeño. Oh my, it just complements the fried chickens so well!

This joint in Federal Way also has dine in set up. Able to enjoy the most fresh fried chicken.

Restroom is very clean, and maintained well, too! Definitely recommend!

So I was looking at the online menu on the online menu. It shows a Mexicana sandwich which is what I wanted, which is what my heart desired and then when I went in person, I went to go order and I told the girl I want a Mexican sandwich with fries and a drink and she starts giving me attitude that we don’t have it and she starts like like rude rudely interrupting me. She’s like telling me no so I ordered classic sandwich or whatever and I spent like seven dollars on that. That’s smaller than a McDonald’s McChicken only to finish it in three bites and not only that there was damage black hair in the sandwich because the girl that made it probably put it in there she had she had her hair on a braid let loose with no hair net Absolutely disgusting And this is a same girl to give the attitude at the speaker and then I spentTwo dollars for Four nasty sauces Which tasted revolting and not only that I asked for four sauces and they gave me Two sauces and honestly, to spend two dollars for two sauces, the sauses should have gold in it and also when I got that chicken sandwich, I asked for spicy chicken sandwich and got a normal chicken sandwich with no pickles and I also asked for eztra pickles and got none and then, once the girl gave me my food, she like handed the food aggressively to me, and then when I took the drink from her and put it in the car iit started breaking in half there was no straw and the water was falling out And right before we left, she started talking bad about us to her employees talking about no mexivan chicken laughing and I also asked for large fries and got small fries I also asked for ketchup, I got one ketchup in 1 million packs of mustard and honestly, this is just terrible never again would I go again and this ruined my church chicken experience everywhere I go horrible place would not recommend.
