Dolores isn’t just cooking — She’s pouring love into every single meal she serves!!
Dolores will often say that she always cooks with love; like she is feeding her own family; her own kids; her dearest friends, and her food is a very good reflection of that!!
I’ve tried several different things on Tony’s Taco Truck’s menu, and each one is deeply satisfying in its own way.
Every flavor feels intentional, every bite comforting.
But for me, their chorizo breakfast burrito? That’s next-level!! Perfectly balanced between scrumptious spicy goodness, and the other classic Mexican flavors that we’ve all come to know and love!! The kind of bite that makes you just close your eyes and throw back your head in pure gratitude that you are even lucky enough to experience something that good, especially knowing not everyone can say that!!
Max is always very attentive and kind, working the window, while his mom works her magic at the grill, like the legend that she is!!
This isn’t just a taco truck — it’s a rolling temple of comfort food!!

The food is very good, good service. I’ve been coming for 7 years, 4 days a week, and I’ve tried all their dishes. What I like most is that you can order something special that’s not on the menu and they’ll make it for you and reasonable price
