Pieology is hands down one of my favorite pizza spots.
From the moment you walk in, the place feels calm and well-organized. It’s usually quiet, there aren’t long wait times, and the staff is quick to take your order. What really stood out to me was how patient and friendly they were when I had questions. The Pieology concept was new to me — the different crusts, ingredients, and build-your-own options — and they took the time to explain everything without rushing me.
The ingredients look fresh and high quality, and the restaurant itself is very clean. You can actually see the care that goes into how the pizzas are made.
The pizza is excellent. The crust is crispy on the outside, soft inside, and baked perfectly. The toppings are generous, evenly distributed, and taste fresh — not greasy or overcooked. Everything tastes balanced, from the sauce to the cheese to the toppings.
Overall, it’s a great experience every time: good food, friendly service, clean environment, and consistent quality. If you’re looking for a pizza place where you can customize your order and still get a high-quality result, Pieology is absolutely worth it.

I want to leave a review about Pieology Pizzeria. The service was very disappointing. There was a $10 combo advertised on the window. When I went inside and ordered it, I was told it included a refreshing drink and a two-ingredient pizza. However, no one asked me what kind of ingredients I wanted on the pizza.

On two separate occasions in a row now, you are out of something after I place an order online and you accepted my order. Your employees did call me as I was driving to pick up my order saying there’s no gluten free crust, which is extra, and if I would like a refund or use regular crust. I expressed my frustration at whoever does inventory because this is ridiculous. Every time I go there is something out of stock but yet you allow the order to go through. I opted for the regular crust but technically, you all still owe me a refund for the difference. Was told a manager would call me in the morning after, that never happened. VERY unhappy with you all. By the way, on a 3rd occasion you were out of pizza boxes… at a pizza place. So the logic was to give me my to-go order on one of your oven pans to take home. Want it back? I have no use for it. Here’s a picture of it just in case you think I’m making this up.

Pieology never disappoints! The pizza was absolutely delicious—fresh ingredients, crispy crust, and perfectly cooked. Ordered online and the order was not ready for over an hour and I ended up walking away without my order. Other people were asking for refunds and they were told they couldn’t because the manager was not there. They had receipts on the floor, the staff was lost, and there was no service. The girls working ignored the customers, and it wasn’t really their fault either, it’s the management who doesn’t provide support.

IMHO, This is one of the best pizza joints in El Paso! A thin crust pizza is ~$13.00. toppings are almost unlimited. See habla Espanol tambien! Toppings mozzarella, ricotta, hard mozzarella. Artichoke hearts, sausage, meatballs, chicken, spicy chicken, pepperoni and others. Roast beef is available but it is $1 extra. Extra charge for double topping of shredded mozzarella. Give it a try! You know you want to !

We ordered an 11in make it your way pizza with 2 toppings and it was delicious! Cooked perfectly and it was the right size for 2 people. We also ordered a make it your way salad. There were plenty of the toppings we had requested, actually I think more toppings than lettuce and spinach. Overall experience was a pleasant one. We will be ordering again. We did order through GrubHub so we do not know what the actual eat in experience is like.

It’s my third time coming here. Staff is very friendly, very confortable environment, pizza is delicious they have plenty of toppings to choose from; (even tho the bread was a little overcooked the last time I went). Price is not that bad.

I ordered a craft your own pizza online – and I always put “light cheese” because I’m not a huge cheese fan (but also not enough to not have any on the pizza). Tell me why I picked up a regular – to almost extra cheesy pizza with minimal pepperoni… and when I told the girl this wasn’t my order she answered that there was nothing they could do because it was so close to closing and the ovens were off. So now I’ve spent 13.50 on a pizza that isn’t what I ordered and hoping to speak to a manager tomorrow.

Ordered online and arrived 10 min prior to expected time. Waited 15-20min before I was even acknowledged and asked about my order. Was told it was in the oven and waited another 10min. While waiting several orders eating in restaurant waited for their food and they had 8 pizzas for 4 different tables out on the counter. The ladies waiting the longest received their food last and one of them was really burnt on the edges. Finally received my pizzas and they were wrong. We ordered custom Alfredo with ckn, black olives, mushrooms and spinach and got pasta sauce with ckn, mushrooms and red onions. Also ordered basic pepperoni and got pepperoni with feta cheese.
