This place is High priced GARBAGE!! $3 per cookie and they were maybe worth 50 cents. They even had cookies that were almost $5 each?! Barely bigger than a mason jar lid… The $7, 2scoop was more like 2 spoonfuls of ice cream, about a quarter of a pint for $7?! The Chocolate was sold out by 12?? I truly feel ripped off, and that this business is price gouging an awful amount. Employees last night both seemed so miserable I almost didnt want to order. The cookies are delicious and addicting and the customer service is top notch. I had an issue with a delivery and the GM personally delivered fresh cookies to make it right. I couldn’t recommend this store more! The cookies are soft with a nice crunch and packed full of flavor.

Had the absolute RUDEST interaction here tonight. There was one girl working, and no customers but my roommate and I. After waiting for her to finish playing on her phone, she came up and didn’t even greet us. We asked if they had any of the new ghirardelli lava cake cookies, to which she sarcastically said “huh” and then proceeded to tell me “all of the cookies we have are on the menu” in the most sarcastic, dismissive tone. First of all, I was asking if there were any available because sometimes they haven’t made a batch recently. Second of all, even if I was asking if they had it in general, it did not warrant the tone or response I received. You work there, you are supposed to answer those questions. Also, maybe instead of sitting on your phone, make another batch, which is your job by the way. To complete this horrible interaction, the “lava cookie” wasn’t heated up so it was ice cold in the middle and completely disappointing, considering what it’s supposed to be. I might sound ridiculous, but I was completely taken back by this interaction. Do better.

Over two hours to get a delivery that was supposed to be 30 mins. Called for an hour and half with no one answering the phone. Terrible service, will not be getting any more of my business. Nearly $40 for cookies and then a 2 hour wait that just kept extending itself on the tracker. I had left my house to pick up my own order when I received the notice that they were finally on the way.

I ordered it through Uber Eats because I read that they have issues with their own delivery service. I had no issues doing it this way.

This location of Insomnia Cookies is incredible! Today was free cookie day, which was great for my friends and I; however, the workers went through a great deal as they were notified last minute about free cookie day. I felt absolutely horrible for them, but they kept a positive attitude and great spirit! I would recommend Insomnia Cookie to anyone who asks.
