Came here for AYCE dinner. It was great. The service was wonderful and the food was delicious. My family loved the spicy shrimp and crab legs. The dumplings were all wonderful too. The chicken wings were fresh and crispy and I could have spent the whole night with just those! Highly recommend for a fun night out. The atmosphere is so cool too with the large screens. Check them out for a football game while you have AYCE…it would be the best deal in town!

however wish there was more of the yummy filling in proportion to the fluffy dough. I had the Chili Wontons. These were good. Not a knock out of the park like the soup dumplings but still tasty, and a lot of the other more mild dishes I really enjoyed dipping in the chili oil sauce. The pork dumplings I found were kinda soupy which I enjoyed but mild in flavor. They were a nice palate cleanser for the rest of my meal. My second favorites of the night, and I consumed a lot of food, were the scallion pancakes, and spicy garlic shrimp. The shrimp would have been perfect if it had a hint of zest to it. Other than that it was ACTUALLY spicy, imagine that. The flavors were great too. The scallion pancakes were flavorful, crispy, and I like the punchy salty sauce that came drizzled on. I do wish I had a sweet chili sauce but that honestly is personal preference on how I consume mine (I’m also a sauce gal), how they served them was tasty alone. They had light loco music playing. I def recommend, have lunch/dinner and sing some karaoke!

This is a newer restaurant so our experience was lovely considering they are still working out the processes. Be kind to the owners and patient if you plan to go in Oct/Nov 2025.
Nice open layout and clean. We went for the all you can eat lunch for $18.99 and it is the usual dim sum process with a cart going around with small plates. Food was tasty and there was a good variety on the trolley in the time we were there.
The staff was kind but there was only one server and they seemed a bit overwhelmed. We sat for about 15 min without someone coming to speak with us and then another 10-15 minutes until the first trolley came through. We did also see some people come in but without someone at the host desk, left after waiting a while with no assistance.
Only recommendation for the staff is when bringing the trolley out, switch whether you go left or right each time to ensure the food gets around to the tables and those who get it last, get it first the next time.

So so yummy! Very happy we stumbled into the Blazin’ Bite when we did- just our luck that they had just opened their AYCE dim sum lunch service!
For 18.99 a person the was no better deal! We started with delicious house made boba that was so rich and left the sweet taste of black or green tea.
With Pork belly melts in your mouth to the flavorful shrimp dumpling to the adorable animal buns it was a dim sum wonderland!
While this time was an accidental visit next time (and there will be a next time!) we cannot wait to enjoy the attentive atmosphere, sweet drinks, and wonderful food.

This is the kind of place Aurora needs more of! You walk in and the atmosphere is a Casual , Modern, and Clean. It’s the kind of place where you will never wonder about the kitchen:). Service came with a smile and the Dim Sum options off the cart were served with polite smiles. Each item was place and presented well. The flavor definitely lived up to the appearance. This is a must try even if you only have 15 minutes or an hour.

You get what you pay for. The dim sum was so so but at the lunch price for all you can eat is not a bad deal. We tried almost everything and nothing really stood out except for the first pork bun that they served us it was still frozen.

I’d heard a lot of mixed reviews about this place, so I decided to check it out for the AYCE lunch dim sum. Here are my takeaways:
The restaurant appears to be recently renovated and was very clean. The furniture and décor were stylish and well done in my opinion. Since it’s also a “music bar,” there are massive floor-to-ceiling TVs throughout the space, which can be fun or distracting depending on the vibe you’re looking for. Also, the playlist was stuck on the same 4 cover songs which was kind of annoying.
The AYCE lunch option is $18.99 and does not include drinks or seafood items. I was pleasantly surprised by how extensive the menu was. It offered a wide variety of buns, dumplings, and classic dim sum, without feeling limited at all. There were also appetizers like chicken wings and even desserts such as cake slices, which was a nice bonus.
The food arrived hot and steaming, and it appeared fresh. The main drawback was that the dim sum itself wasn’t the highest quality and lacked some depth of flavor compared to other spots in the area. That said, for the price, it’s hard to complain.
Service-wise, our server was very friendly. You can place orders either directly with your server or through a QR code, which lets you continue ordering throughout the meal. The food came out a bit slower than expected but still arrived within about 20 to 30 minutes. We visited during a quiet Monday lunch, which made for a relaxed experience. We went to check out Blazin Bite for their new menus with their AYCE dim sum. It was super good! Everything we ate was well seasoned and delicious. Egg custard buns were so nice we had to order it twice! The staff was super kind and invested in their customers feedbacks and truly want their customers to have the best experience it seems. Our server Natalie was super nice as well and treated us very nicely. They also have a giant TV playing some college football so may have to come for football sunday! Thank you Blazin Bite staff!

They also have karaoke every night until closing, which adds such a fun and lively vibe to the restaurant. What really stands out is how they treat their guests me and my husband were treated like family during our first we visit, and that means a lot.
To end the night on a high note, the mango and mocha mousse cakes were a huge hit and the perfect sweet finish.
Yes, there is a price difference lunch is $18.99 and dinner is $31.99 per person but it is worth every single dollar for the quality, freshness, and experience you get.

So my sister and I decided to go try someplace new tonight. Read the reviews and thought this was going to be a very different experience. Huge floor to ceiling TVs, disco lights going, yet college football is playing. Our server Justin was awesome. There’s no bartender even though there’s a pretty awesome bar. No owner, no manager, just the server who doesn’t bartend and a cook.Also there is no lighting! Calamari could have been much better but it was overcooked and rubbery. The edamame was pretty good and the seafood platter was wild! Did I mention there were no regular lights? The only way you can see what you’re eating is if the TV screens get really bright. I have never seen such an unorganized hot mess in my life. Obviously the owner doesn’t care about this establishment and it is definitely going to go downhill really fast. Again this could have so much potential if they had a good manager, bartender and a full wait staff and an owner who cared! Thanks Justin, you are amazing and obviously the only reason why this place even has its doors open. You deserve better my friend!
