SCHAUMBURG: We’re a family-owned and operated local sandwich shop in Schaumburg, IL. I wanted to open up this second Rosie’s Sidekick Sandwich Shop location because I want to reach more of the Chicagoland area and feed good food to people. Our bread is homemade with no GMOs. We have homemade eggplant parmesan, homemade meatballs, homemade Italian beef! Even the cannoli are homemade. Check out the Undici gelato as well – it’s SOOOO good! Don’t forget about our keto bowls and homemade soups. We thank you for shopping and eating local! This is a great place for lunch or dinner in the Schaumburg, Arlington Heights, Palatine, and Northwest Suburban area! We also have catering for business and personal events of all sizes.

Just… W.O.W. We came in from Toronto and wanted a true Italian beef sandwich and this EXCEEDED my expectations. The Italian beef was so tender and it just melted in your mouth. The bread was perfectly toasted as well. We got spicy giardiniera on the side and let me just say, it was the perfect amount of spice. We will be returning before we head back to Toronto

Delicious!! Would eat on the regular if lived here. Sandwiches made at time of order. Had the toasted Cali-Dago and Italian Beef with Provolone and a side of Au Jus. Fresh homemade bread from a local bakery, thinly sliced high quality meat, melted cheese, and great additional toppings. The service was kind and efficient. Shop is small with a seating area across the hallway. Relaxed vibes.

Was excited to try this spot as I’ve seen the sandwich shop sign off of Golf Rd and finally had time to stop over during my lunch. I placed an order ahead of time and ordered three sandwiches as I also picked up for coworkers. Of the three sandwiches, only one was prepared correctly. We didn’t customize too much but I would assume they have the order in front of them and be able to create it correctly. Items that were requested on the side were added directly to the sandwich and a sandwich requested to be cut in half (simple I think) was not. We also ordered the Dirty Dorito which is supposed to have Doritos in the sandwich but they added Cheetos instead???? I get that they’re both cheesy chips but very very very different and then they only had like 8 Cheetos across an 8” sandwich. Very disappointing!

Very kind staff who were helpful as it was my first time there. Great selection of hot and cold sandwiches. All can be modified as you like. Quality ingredients and great flavor. I will definitely be back to try other sandwiches. Also, there is a seating area there if anyone is wondering.

I drove an hour to check out Rosie’s sidekick in Schaumburg. What a surprise such a great little sandwich shop in the middle of an office building. You Need to try it out. The sandwich was amazingly good like they used to make them in the olden days!!! Alot of free parking.

There isn’t a bad sandwich here! My favorite is the muffaletta, Cali Dago, Italian and the Logan beef. It looks strange because it’s at the bottom of an office building. There’s an area to eat across from the restaurant and is very convenient if you work in the Schaumburg area. Try one, you won’t regret it!

Incredible!!! I had the Couch! The meatballs and roast beef were incredibly delicious! Highly recommended for incredible sandwiches. Service is great, you can tell they care about what they do here, very hospitable, generous,kind. I’ve just found an amazing sandwich place that will be my go to.

We ordered catering for a party – 2 boxes of sandwiches and a tray of meatballs – and everything was a hit. It was ready right on time but didn’t seem like it had been sitting around, the sandwiches were fresh and the meatballs were super hot and smelled AMAZING. The prices were reasonable and the service was excellent!

Let me start by saying I dig this place and have never had an issue with the establishment directly. The reason for 3 star review is there preferred online orders are done through Doordash. 2 out of 3 orders are incorrect, never arrive, arrive near 3 hours past the order time, etc. Then when dealing with Doordash’s excruciatingly painful customer service, they don’t own up to their mistakes and intentionally steal from hard working people. Opt for another delivery service and this will be a 5 star rating.
