I ordered from Uber eats because they had a buy one get one special. It was terrible. It looks like they split the amount of one sandwich across two the portion was so small they literally cut one slice of tomato in half when I asked for extra lettuce and tomatoes. It tasted awful and one of my items were missing. They got me with this special but I will never order from here again. A total waste of my money to the point that I actually threw it away and had to order something else for my kids to eat.

Delivery Order – Everything I ordered tasted so good. Still surprised that no one from my friends circle know about this place. Cheesesteak and Wings were almost perfect. I did not dine in but I am sure Service would be good here just by looking at how well everything was packed.

Horribly cooked food. Horribly seasoned. They just threw the seasoning on and didn’t care. My one fry took up all the seasoning. My chicken California was so bad. And I ordered a milkshake that was completely freezer burnt. First and last time here. Do better.

Awesome cheesesteaks. The ingredients are always fresh, and the bread is delicious. I ordered the classic cheesesteak and the vegetarian delight. And the classic loaded fries. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Best cheesesteaks around!!!

I ordered a combo. They told me combo cost extra money I can read. I see the sign I said I want a combo. They gave me what they wanted to give me. What kind of service is that the food’s good but the customer service sucks!!

$32 for 2 small sandwiches with almost no meat on them and soggy greasy fries. Won’t give them a nickle of my money going forward! I’ve wasted 20 minutes just trying to crisp up the fries while my sandwich gets ice cold. Apparently that is almost $10 for small and the regular is only 1/3 larger.

Not only did I get a small because I saw the reviews were not great but here and there there were some good ones. I ended up having to move everything to the front of my sandwich because it was basically all cheese and ranch dressing and like maybe half of a scoop of chicken on there. I was completely disappointed so I ended up having half of a small size because there wasn’t enough meat to cover the bread. They just douse it and ranch and cheese to cover up. Not putting on enough chicken. I got the chicken California small. Everyone in there looks like they are miserable and hate their jobs. And not only that, there’s no need for five people to be behind the counter for this type of environment where there’s like barely any foot traffic. I will not go back to this location again. My preferred location is in bergentown Center in Paramus, New Jersey. Not only that, they give you a number and they’re supposed to call it out, but they’re so quiet when they call it out. You don’t know if it’s your order or not so I had to sit down and open it to make sure it was my order because they didn’t put the order number on the box.
