To make a long story short, the ramen is good, it’s just not great. I’ll be back, but I know I’ll visit the other 2 places in PTC with better ramen as well.
When we got served our bowl, I was excited. The shouyo ramen we got looked great. My daughter’s first comment was: the egg is cold. And it was. It wasn’t anything that letting the egg marinate in the soup wouldn’t fix. The egg was tasty after having a bath.
That kind of faux pas plagued other aspects of the dish and left me feel it was a good but kind of “fast casual” feeling bowl. Ramen is junk food to be fair, but all these little places where care wasn’t shown was jarring after having bowls in PTC. There’s nothing I can really say about the dish without coming off as nitpicky. The egg was the biggest faux pas and it wasn’t even that bad. But care is the difference in a fast food burger and a burger at a sit down place. It’s the same dish, but the the little things add up for how you feel about it.
The gyoza and spring rolls were good. Although I was a bit shocked by the thick batter on the spring rolls.
The service was excellent. I can’t really complain. I think I just wanted more than a fast casual feeling dish.

Mashia took my order and she was so sweet! She offered amazing customer service and had recommendations for me as well. I’m a ramen lover, so there wasn’t a lot of options to choose from, but with the customer service, we will be back. It is inside of the Juicy Crab so I had to call beforehand to see where it was at. They should probably mention that on the website.

I came in on the day they opened this extension to juicy crab. The food was amazing and tasted real authentic. I had the chicken ramen, the japanese shumai, and the karaage chicken. All of it was cooked and seasoned just right. Would 100% recommend
