The bb.q in our name stands for Best of the Best Quality, and that’s exactly what you can expect from every one of our restaurants. Our Korean fried chicken is crispier, juicier, and more tender than anything you’ve tasted before, and our sauces provide an eclectic mix of flavor. Every dish is the result of both longstanding Korean tradition and modern research and development from our very own Chicken University. Im typically hesitant to try new spots with foods im not familiar with . But places like this make the search worth it. The garlic honey wings are some of the best wings ive had perio. The Ddeok-Bokki, which i had never even heard of before i tried it, blew me away. Definitely my fav new spot in the AV hands down.

This review is only for the cheesling fries. Their fries are the best! I ordered from my app and the girl at the counter left the box open so the fries won’t turn soggy. When I picked it up it was crispy and very tasty just like the one I had in Cupertino. The only down side is a location.

THE WORST LOCATION. I came here after being to several other locations. They flat out denied any wrong doing at first but after being to so many of their locations it was easy to see that they were skimming the rice bowls AND THE WINGS. They literally cut off pieces of the wings and nearly gave me nothing but bone. I have never seen anything like it. The rice bowl was nearly empty and they admitted to skimming it but refused to fix it or refund it. The bowls are already made to look bigger because there’s a raised bottom on the bowl that other locations don’t have. I would never return here and I don’t recommend this location to anyone. They are stealing money at this point. Northridge has always been 10/10 instead.

Food was really good, it does remind me of Korean fried chicken. The Kimchi fried rice and bulgogi wasn’t too bad either. If this place wasn’t so expensive, I’d definitely come more often.

First time ever trying Korean Fried Chicken and bb.q chicken. My family mentioned it regarding another location and they said they love it so I had to try it. I asked for recommendation and they said soy garlic. I agree!!! I also had their spicy original which is more like a slightly spicier fried chicken wing but nothing close to Nashville spicy. I am okay with this as I like wings with a kick but not burning my mouth.
It is made fresh so it took awhile but I thankfully had ordered online but there was only one person as the cashier and a lot of people already in line.
There’s like two tables so first come first served if you want to dine in. It isn’t really a place for you to eat there.

I originally left a 5/5 review, but after months of ordering from here and issues I’ve changed my review. They are consistently giving something wrong in our order. Today I ordered Rose flavor, which is lighter in color and not spicy, but they gave me original, which is darker in color and mildly spicy. I called and let them know we are taking it back because this has happened before. The person over the phone asked if I ordered incorrectly. NO. My husband got there and the cashier claimed that it is the Rose flavor I asked for. NOOOO. My husband asked them to remake it. It’s one thing to keep making our orders wrong, but to make it wrong and then tell us WE are wrong is kind of crazy. Photo is of what they gave me (original) on the top and what I wanted (rose) on the bottom. There’s a clear difference. The manager was trying to argue that we were wrong and that’s how they make it and the cooks suggested we were just trying to get free food!
On another occasion, my husband waited 40 minutes for our order just for them to tell him it wasn’t going to be ready for another 20 minutes because they had to remake it and my husband had to go pick up our kids from school and return for the food. So, over an hour wait.

The chicken was tasty, but not typical Korean fried chicken. I’m not sure why people think the cheeseling fries are so good, they taste kinda weird. Overall a good little place to eat if you like fried chicken.

The chicken was A+ we got boneless original and bone -in Galbi, Soy Garlic, and Honey garlic every piece of chicken was super crunchy with a glaze of the flavors, sweet savory tangy and juicy chicken, the boneless is made with chicken thigh meat so it’s extra tasty, the Korean rice cakes were also really good, flavorful sauce with the right amount of heat pick up was easy and the wait time they gave was accurate I placed the order on a Friday evening and it was ready in about 25-30 minutes which is the expected wait time we were told. Definitely will be ordering again my only criticism is the fried dumplings fell flat comparatively to everything else but were still eaten up nonetheless .

Great and clean space to dine in. Service and food is excellent! crispy chicken and cheese sticks are fresh and hot as the rest of the menu. Worth every dime spent. Overall 10/10, definitely recommend!!!
