Good Indian food for a special treat or occasion. I ordered spice 2 and was perfect for us. The only thing is that it is pretty expensive especially if you’re buying the plate of pan fried okra for $16. Curry’s are tasty, rice too, and lots of variety on the menu. I would recommend for fellow vegetarians and I will return next time I’m in town!

I loved the food here – and from what I could find, this was probably the only Indian food place in Port Angeles! During my time in Port Angeles, I went here everyday and tried different food items from their menu. I really liked the Aloo Parantha and Mango Lassi – they were super delicious! There was no seating area to eat there, takeout was the only option, which worked perfectly for me! This place is located very close to a bus stop and super easily accessible by public transport. They also have a phone number that you call and place the order ahead of time and just pick it up once it’s ready. That was a very convenient option, and I really appreciated that. When I visit Port Angeles again, I am definitely stopping by here and getting some tasty Indian food!

It’s a take out kitchen run from a gas station convenience store and they do an amazing job !!!!
_We called them late night and the lady who answered the phone let us know what she can serve quickly.
_I let her know we have 3 toddlers – ordered paneer curry and roti and she made it suitable for little kids. My children loved the food and gulped it down.
_ We ordered vegetable biryani. It is not very fancy – it is like home cooked meal and was tasty ; not too greasy and spicy.
_ I loved the food and would definitely order from here during every trip.
_Super excited to have an Indian Take Out !!!

10/10! I love Indian food and have had a lot in my day. Had a craving and gave this spot a try while passing through PA — and wow, I was blown away! One of the best most flavorful Tikka Masala sauces I have had in a very, very long time. Bonus points for offering veggie tikka masala with paneer.

They seemed super busy and would definitely recommend!!! Owners were very kind too. Don’t let the gas station storefront keep you away.

Very good indian food like home with lot of spice levels. We tried the panner mutter , mango lassi and aalo parantha.

I recommend trying the lassi which is awesome and the veggies are great with naan and rice for a reasonable price. Parantha was normal but if you are visiting port angeles and want indian food recommend this place.

Note: This is a takeaway only place

Disappointed by the Hype – Honest Review

I had high hopes after seeing the 4.9-star rating and ordered the vegetable biryani during my travels through Port Angeles. I even called ahead, but after being passed between three people, and while none could clearly describe what the biryani included, the final person did say, “malai kofta is also good, but yeah biryani is also great too.”

I was initially curious about trying the kofta, but after seeing pictures of the naan in other reviews (which looked quite sad), I stuck with the biryani.

The place runs out of a gas station, which I didn’t mind—especially with nearby spots like City Pier and 9/11 Memorial to eat at. But the food? That’s where the letdown hit.

Just look at the picture.

> The rice was almosy sticky—far from the fluffy, fragrant basmati you’d expect in a biryani.

> They tossed in a few rings of deeply over-fried onions, the kind that tell you the oil hasn’t been changed in a while.

> The veggies? Only carrots and potatoes. Zero greens. No peas, no cashews, no richness.

> Spice level was supposed to be medium, but I got a night-long stomach ache, and even into the next morning, woke up to body temperature elevated, +0.5 F.

This isn’t about being overly critical—I’m deeply familiar with good Indian food and had an amazing veg biryani just a few days earlier in Astoria, so this contrast was glaring.

No hate to the effort, lovely people, high respect but if this is the only Indian option in town, I’d suggest ownership narrow the menu and make a few dishes truly live up to the name “Tasty Indian Food.” Right now, it doesn’t.

Just get the chicken tika masala here. This is not the place to become adventurous with Indian food. Generally, in my experience saag paneer and chana masala are absolute show stoppers of cuisine. But not here.

They were watered down and …. Well, i wont continue…

The tika masala was fine tho, worth going back.

The people working there are good people… tryina do the right thing by letting us exchange our two bad meals for the safe option of CTM

But i suggest you cancel everything on your menu and play it safe with the meals you know rock.

Very generous portion sizes – ordered samosa, 2 Naan, lamb biryani, and chicken karahi, and for two people the samosa and lamb biryani were more than enough. Can’t comment on other reviews if the food is premade/frozen (though the naan for sure is), but I still had a good experience. If I was in town I would visit again.
