My family of four including myself were there.
Every time we go Italian I always get the Baked Ziti. This time I ordered it and the cheese tasted TANGY. I had only eaten half maybe less than that due to my stomach starting to hurt. My children also ordered the spaghetti (he said his stomach hurt but loved it) and my other child ordered mozzarella sticks that seemed very dry but he loved it as well. No “cheese pull” was needed to tell you how dry they were cause the cheese couldn’t even stretch and looked like it was over cooked to the point where it just hardened or if you know what cheese looks like sitting out in the fridge not wrapped…. My husband didn’t like his food either. Definitely not coming back. Thank you.

From Beginning to end great experience as a trucker looking for some great warm food. Treated me great since I called for parking. If your trucker you can park in the back. If you’re a local or just passing by you must try this place. Food was delicious pizza was delicious.

My experience here was great! You guys exceeded every expectation I had! I’ve only tried this one dish so I can’t speak on anything other than this but the service was so good that I’ll be back just because of that. Places in Monahans don’t seem to value their customers so when a place like this does, that’s where I continue to give my business. 5 stars all the way! Thank you guys. Almost forgot, the bread can definitely use some tweaking in the recipe. That’s one thing that can definitely be improved upon. Other than that, no complaints.

Romas Was a pleasant surprise!! I had the Pasta with Artichoke and Chicken, I added 4 Large Shrimp for $10 dollars!! Generous portion!! Really had a lot of flavor generous portion and I loved it. I had the pizza under the old name which wasn’t great, but I’m going to try again!! Highly recommended the pasta dishes!! Tasty!!

Good place for a local authentic Italian meal. I had the Chicken Carciofi dish with homemade garlic knots, marinara, and a tossed salad which was great. I’ll be back and hopefully eat in before closing time the next round in town.
