Idk for me this was extremely disappointing I feel I’ve honestly had a better steak from Applebee’s and I got the most expensive steak offered on the menu I ended up spending 150+ and was just disappointed service was solid

Six of us dined at The Blue Waygu last Saturday night and as usual the food was delicious!! Some our favorites items included the Reuben, Steak Salad and the burgers are amazing. The service was great and spot on with Alex as our waitress, the entire staff is very friendly !! We love this place !!

They were very busy, every table full, and several large holiday parties, including our own. They were staffed to handle though and our service and speed to get our food was outstanding. Everyone’s food came as it was ordered. The steaks were perfect temps and so amazingly juicy and flavorful! The new owners have knocked it of the park and made this a fantastic place to come for a fine dining experience! Highly recommended!!

We went with a huge group and had excellent and prompt service. No one had to sit and wait for anyone else to get their food, as usually happens in a large crowd. All meals were excellent. The meatloaf was pure meat and huge, the portabella mushroom dinner was excellent, salad bar is great, especially the potato salad! People even raved about their French fries. The apple pie ice cream desert was fabulous! Will definitely go again. (Don’t forget your to go food because they will pitch it before you get to the door. We forgot ours, went back before I could even get out the door, and was told it was already thrown out. I felt sick because we never ate a bite of it as we were too full from the salad bar. Our mistake though, not theirs)

Food was delicious, mashed potatoes and gravy were too salty. The potato salad at the salad bar made up for that, though. Service was slow before ordering our food, once we ordered it came out in perfect time as we had finished our salads a minute or two before. I would say just add one more waitress (it was very busy), then they would be golden. Oh, and the drinks are crazy strong.

Service was good. Love the menu and decor/atmosphere. Not sure if I got what I ordered (ordered blackened cod but seemed more like broiled) but it didn’t matter because it was DELICIOUS! And the asiago mashed potatoes were amazing! My food was served luke warm which was kind of a bummer. Tried the fries too and they were good. Salad bar looked good but I didn’t get anything from it. Prices are great. Will be back. Oh yeah, also love that it is farm to table… They have a list/info of all the farms who contribute to the restaurant.

Last minute decision to go here. I had never heard of it but my kids live in Holland and Grand Rapids so we met in the middle. Oh my goodness what a pleasant experience. Food was delicious and timed perfectly! Our waitress, Mia, was incredibly sweet and just made our night! We liked the pictures of the old farm that was once there. Never have written a review before. We only live 5 miles away. Can’t believe we hadn’t fined here yet. Busy place. Great service. Steak was phenomenal as was my veal chop. Great salad bar (who does that anymore?). And service was exceptional. We’ll be back many times. Can’t wait to eat on the patio outside.

We had an amazing experience dining at the blue wagyu tonight. From the host, to bar tender, to manager, to server the friendliness and attentiveness was top notch. We lucked out and had a light snow fall while dining in the igloos. The food was amazing too with a salad bar that had a ton of great side salads all while being fresh. We will be back!
