They over cooked my food.. lots of items unavailable….. they refused to remake my food… very rude the entire slow staff!! The owner is working people who the know is slow and very unprofessional!! I ordered the chicken Philly with 5pc wings + fries. My fam got the burger and fries. I miss living in Clayton Co where they actually filled the Phillies with meat and cheese. The bread also tasted hard. The fries were mid. I asked for ranch to go with the wings. The guy said it was in the box but it wasn’t. They also tried to charge me for seasoning! The burger was meh. The bread to the burger was also hard and the toppings tasted old. The only decent part to the meal was the soda. American Deli in Valdosta won’t be getting any more of my money.

I’ve been a long time customer here and the boneless wings were amazing, but after today I will NOT be going back. They have changed their boneless chicken to a thick breaded chicken. Their sauces have changed as well. My mother and I would get the teriyaki and the mild bbq flavors and they do not taste the same. They are really salty. It’s disappointing how they would make changes to such a perfect place.

The service at this place stinks! The wings I were given were very small and bite sized. It was obvious I was given the last batch of wings out of the bag. When I notified the worker about the issue in hopes of getting the issue resolved, he basically dismissed me and only replaced two wings! The atmosphere of the restaurant was very much terrible and I feel the employees were making a mockery of the situation! The food is usually good but I’ll rather spend my money at Atown wings where the service matches the food.

Worst boneless wings ever! Never again. They need new cooks asap because American Deli normally has a great reputation. This particular location was very disappointing. The bone in wings were pink. You can’t fry great wings quickly it takes time to make sure they are cooked inside as well. I do not recommend.

So, me and my dad waited for almost a hour there, waiting for our food to be done. After thirty minutes, we started to grow impatient, and we checked on the food and they said they were waiting for the fried cocktail shrimp to be done. After another 15-20 minutes, our food was done, but was wrong with the wrong condiments. The manager gave us our money back and we left.

I went to get some wings,but I decided to get a burger meal combo. I clearly told the cashier male that I only want ketchup, mustard and cheese….I told him twice. He looked at me and asked how about mayonnaise. I think he was being sarcastic. He didn’t tell me my total, I had to look at the register and when he gave me my change….he put it in my hand, but put my receipt on the counter….As I walked away,he said get your receipt….I said I don’t need it….he said you need it ….but I knew my number. I said ok, but put it in my hand just like I put my money in your hand….Two other male employees gathered up and started talking in their language….I told him I came in respectful and I expect the same….He said you right and I apologize. As I sat there, he coughed in his hand….He didn’t use sanitizer nor water. Another male employee put my food on the counter and I got up and got it off the counter, because I didn’t want the cashier to touch my plate with his nasty hand and he tried to hand me napkins with the hand he coughed in. I’ll never go back there again!!

I was literally headed to this place to grab something to eat, while I’m out working. And after looking at all of the reviews. I’m going to consider eating elsewhere. I got this same treatment, but at a different location in, Valdosta. It’s not worth it!
