From start to finish, the way this team handled a situation was beyond impressive. I placed a large order for a birthday party online the day before it was needed. The morning of the event I called to confirm my order. Everything went smoothly, as expected. Around the time my order was supposed to be delivered, I received a call that there had been an emergency situation beyond anyone’s control and the pizza wasn’t going to arrive as expected. There were several phone calls back and forth between myself, a store employee, and the manager to figure out a new plan and solution in a timely manner. The professionalism and empathy shown made it clear how much this business genuinely cares about their customers, even when challenges come up. They handled the situation so well, even when they weren’t sure what the end result was going to be, and in the end I had my pizza. Quincy and Maverick could not have handled it better, and for that reason alone, I will be back. The delicious pizza is just a bonus!

I initially called Cottage Inn on Friday hoping to grab a quick dinner for my family, but they quoted me a 45-minute wait for pickup and didn’t sound confident about delivery at all. My family couldn’t wait that long for food—so I called Papa Romano’s Pizza & Mr. Pita right across the street instead. They said it would be ready in just 15 minutes, and they did not disappoint.
From the moment they answered the phone, the difference was obvious. The staff at Papa Romano’s was friendly, professional, and actually sounded happy to help. They were clear, confident, and made the whole process easy. You can tell customer service really matters to them. The pizza came out fresh, crispy, and absolutely delicious. I couldn’t even take a picture because my family finished it so fast.
If you want great food and great service, skip the frustration elsewhere and just go to Papa Romano’s. They know how to treat customers right and make you feel taken care of every single time.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been to Papa Romano’s and this store. Ordered the Papa’s favorite with breadsticks. Everything hot, fresh and made to perfection. Made right on time and worker was courteous and friendly. Was ordered online and picked up on a Saturday evening. I like this store better than the other that’s near me. Reminds me of Papa Romano’s when I was a kid

I find it very concerning that not only would a delivery driver run a solid red light and go 50 miles an hour down Main Street going south when it’s only 40 miles an hour, but that delivery driver is the owner. I can’t imagine anything being that important to almost cause an accident and drive that recklessly for pizza and to not have any care about it or any concern when people call to complain. I would just recommend that if you do decide to give them your business, just show up and get your pizza don’t let them deliver it unless you don’t care about other people’s safety like the owner doesn’t.

Best pizza hands down, we eat here so often and we’re addicted. The bread sticks with Parmesan are amazing, the deep dish peperoni pizza is the best, the wings and their ranch sauce, it’s amazing! Papa Romanos never disappoints!
