It’s a small location, but it’s very well run. Drive thru is a little goofy in its configuration, but it works. I wasn’t there during rush so I don’t know how a busy drive thru affects traffic back onto the street.
Food is well made, the donuts tasted fresh even though morning rush was over. Breakfast sandwich was delicious. I was greeted in a friendly manner and was served quickly.
There’s not much seating available, so grab and go is probably your best option.

I agree with the review from 6 days ago, they don’t understand what you order in the drive through (hot coffee, not iced) then begin handing out hot food before being given an iced coffee I never asked for, then now there’s a line and you want me to drive back through, so I parked and went inside and got my refund for $14.51, which btw if you ask me, is way too much for a breakfast sandwich, hash browns, and a medium hot flavored coffee. These folks need to understand English better and need TRAINING.

I tried this dunking three times. My honest opinion is that employees at this store don’t care about the quality of the food they serve. I asked for avocado toast and I received soggy bread. I asked the employee to replace it and was told it was toasted while I squeezed the bread and watched it go back to its original shape. My coffee was with sugar only. The guy says coffee with cream and sugar looking at me. I said with sugar only. He says yes and repeats with sugar only. Only to be with cream. Don’t start your day this way.

My drink always tatse taste the same, and it delicious. The workers aren’t very talkative or happy sounding but haven’t had any problems with my order. My mobile order is always done when I get there they have quick service.

I have been so happy with this location most recently. They have really improved the product and the service. It was a long line this morning and I almost kept going, but I’m glad I stuck around since the line moved very quickly . The breakfast sandwich and coffee I ordered were great and exactly as ordered. Great Job to the staff you just got yourself a regular customer !!

Didn’t stay, so the atmosphere was not gadged. Donuts were awesome! Bought the heart shaped filled donuts for my coworkers. Bought a dozen hearts and 25 donut holes.

I used to come here all the time… it’s kinda sad. I’m not sure if they just constantly keep getting new employees, but my drink never tastes the same as it did before or the day before. It’s just very inconsistent. I feel like the toasters for wraps needs to be cleaned, anytime I get a wrap from here I feel like I can taste the inside of the toaster.):

Every time I walk in there the drinks are okay but when you walk into the door if you can straight up smell the body odor off the employees hygiene needs to be brought up with their employees big time

Every time I go through the drive through, it’s empty. I place a mobile order when I get on the street and at the window it’s already open and ready to hand to me. Not once have they gotten my order wrong (and every location has at one point). They are always true to their hours as well. They’re also extremely nice people! I never do reviews for major chains but this is the first one where I genuinely love the service everytime I go!

This is hands down the best Dunkin Ive gone too. I place a mobile every Sunday not too far from the building when I’m in the area & it’s already ready by the time I pull up! Staff is always super nice & my drink is always spot on!
