You know I have come to this Burger King for years there is one employee here who always gets it right he’s polite. He’s professional and he is incredible. His name is Gavin. And every time I come in and he’s there, my order is done quickly correctly, and he is absolutely friendly. His customer service is top-notch, and he always greets everyone with a smile.

I waited 10 minutes to place order! Ordered Onion Ring whopper combo
This burger was disgusting ! It looked like a Garbage can burger. All their scraps thrown on this burger. Hardly any Mayo either. After placing my order and I paid I waited another 10 minutes or so to get food. Two grown adults stood inside dumbfounded. There was no one capable of handling the long line of people who waited behind me. I ended up throwing most of the burger away. It was a heart attack on a Bun .. I know choosing Burger King is a healthy option but Damn. I got no receipt so I could fill out survey for free whopper next time. I am familiar with some of the staff who provide excellent service. I am highly disappointed and hoping I don’t get sick from what I ate.
Hoping they resolve the training issues they have with these two employees or re evaluate their efficacy to be there

Dude I’m so pissed off. Last time. I ordered a double whopper 5 days ago, they gave me a single. I called, they fixed it, etc. I just got back, right now, got a double… came home… what do ya think I got?

I try this place out at least once every couple of months just to see if things have gotten any better in the 10 or so years that I’ve been getting food here and I’m still absolutely furious with the service and food quality at least 9 out of 10 times that I visit. I frequent other locations and I’m only mildly irritated maybe 1 out of 10 times. This is the closest one to my home so I wish that I got the feeling that some level of care was put into the food that I put in my mouth.

Beware: if you order from the wrong Burger King location there is no option to cancel your order and when you contact customer service they will only refund your order one time. Any more times after and they will not. They defer to their terms and conditions, which I guess is understandable to put it back on the consumer (like anyone has time to read ALL the terms and conditions especially of a fast food app), but something about it just feels slimy and dishonest. Leaving this review at the Howell location because this was the location the accidental order was for, but this is company wide for Burger King.

Usually when you get a basic cheeseburger from a fast food place they are not great, just something cheap and quick. I just got one here that was the beet I’ve had in years, maybe ever. It was hot fresh and delicious. Thank you!

Ordered the SpongeBob meal with a coke zero instead of the pineapple shake. Got my order drove away it was a whopper and frys. I called back and explained what I ordered and the guy on the phone was like well if u didnt order the SpongeBob combo then thats all u get is a whopper and frys. I am like theres a difference? The sign saids SpongeBob meal nothing about a combo. Isn’t a combo a drink and frys with your burger? The guy was rude told me it was my fault I didnt order the right thing but yet I was charged for there so call combo meal. I said I dont want a new meal all I want is the cheese bacon bites and pie I was charged for that anf thats what I would like. Needless to say I was so flustered getting the run around I ended up hanging up on him.
