This Subway is one of the better ones that I have been too! They are conversational, if you ask them what is good on a sub they give you what they like and/or say what they see most often. Usually have everything ready to go and hardly out of anything. The store is always looking clean. Also what is great is this location you can do orders from the app from your phone and they can make it and you just come a pick it up after 5-10 minutes of they aren’t having a lunch rush. Overall I always have a good experience.

Every time we order online they always get it wrong!! And if you don’t leave a tip online they give less than what you ordered just got the pretzel and the churro the pretzel was burnt and had no salt and the churro had absolutely no sugar! Awful service unless you tip!!

The last few times I have gone in, the employee (s) have a very bad attitude, like I’m inconveniencing them by being there. My daughter (4) only wants a small sandwich with cheese and mayo, so cost wise and size wise a slider is a good fit for her. So I order, say no meat, explain I’ll pay for the meat if it has to be rung up that way, but don’t put it on there please. I ask to not toast it, (they get rock hard and she can’t eat) but they toast anyways. I ask for mayo and have to repeat myself 3 times because no ones listening. We get home to eat, and her sandwich is rock hard, and have to throw away. This isn’t the first time, I mean, is it difficult to give a person what they ask for? Especially for small simple requests? This is a common occurrence, but we keep going back, because not only do we like the food, but I’m always hoping it’s a different crew of people. Pretty disappointing

Just moved to Benson, and I used the Subway app to purchase our first order from subway. My fiance was the one who went up and picked the order up. She said that the woman working was very friendly and even threw in an extra cookie because she almost forgot it. The food was delicious! Fresh! We will be purchasing more, thank you.

The subway in Benson MN was by far not only the best subway I’ve ever been to, but the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. In terms of customer service, welcomeness, awareness, talkative, understanding. They hit all the right spots in all the right places. Every single person that works here deserves a raise.
