It was my first time here today and I have to say I am very impressed!!!! I was having a bad day and Alissa sat there for 20 minutes just listening to me! It’s good to know some kids in this generation are still kind. And she helped me me pick out a drink to get and it was delicious! She is such a sweet girl who makes amazing drinks!

The atmosphere is quaint. Its adorable for anyone wanting to meet up with a friend for coffee. They have an insane amount of flavors to choose from. Unfortunately, the latte was so disgusting that I couldn’t drink it. I had to throw it away. I would probably give them another try with something else, which is disappointing because I am a daily coffee/espresso drinker. They do have a great take a book/leave a book library with a large selection. If you decide you want to buy anything they offer from local artists, you better have cash on you! Most people dont carry cash anymore. The establishment was clean, including the rest room. Though I am curious if they have a resident cat, because the bathroom smelled like a cat litter box on the day I stopped in. I love supporting local, so I will give them another try.

My mom and I went to get coffees & my latte tasted great, atmosphere was nice, however the service was terrible! Two girls with black hair working & we were the only customers, yet we felt like they didn’t have time for us. They didn’t bother to greet us when we came in, just stared at us like we annoyed them already. No smiles, not a single ounce of customer service. The one girl managed to actually bring me my drink around the counter but the other girl just set my mom’s down on the counter and said “here.” She had to walk over and get it. After we had our coffees, they spent the rest of the time in the back room. I spent a lot of years as a manager in customer service and if these girls were my employees, I would have fired both of them.

There is asign on the door that States they open at 8 this is the 3rd time this week I have stopped by AFTER 8 and they aren’t open I do not work inside Watford City limits so I can’t just drop in anytime and I usually work past their closing time. You provide a service for people that they pay for you should stand behind it. It is not your paying customers fault you are short staffed so why do we get the shaft. You might want to offer them a discount for the poor treatment.

The sign on the door says hours of operation 7:00am, stopped by there this morning @ 0740, doors locked, two girls behind the counter just looked at me and neither one came to open the doors! All I wanted to do was check my mail, I’ve been out of town for a week… piss poor service if you ask me! I won’t ever buy a cup of coffee or anything else they serve!! Well if that’s the case you need to post your new hours, on the door and online. And in training, maybe you should train them to open on time, they were there and a lot of times that early in the morning is the only time I have to check my mailbox!

I loved it, we walked in and it’s like a Christmas wonderland! I absolutely loved it! The Christmas tree is absolutely gorgeous and stunning! The bathroom and area is spotless!

We stopped by after doing some hiking in the nearby national park and everything we got was so good! Our family of 5 got a peach smoothie, strawberry smoothie, cold brew coffee, caramel frappe, and a chai latte and they were all truly delicious. The woman at the register was kind and patient with us and the ambiance of the cafe was so cool. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!
