Placed an order that was ready 20 minutes prior to me getting there. Pull up they take 10 minutes to hand me my food low and behold it’s someone else’s uber eats order. Never again. Below is the receipt on the bag vs my online order

Ordered a simple steak bowl. Ingredients not fresh. Steak was rock hard. Couldn’t even eat it. The rice was hard as well. Almost choked on the first bite it was terrible. Also ordered queso which was an up charge for them not to include it on my bowl. Very disappointing. Will no return.

I am the community manager at Allier Port Wentworth, I wanted to treat my staff to a special lunch as a reward for winning a contest, we placed an online order last week, spent almost $100 on a to go order and also left a generous tip, when the food arrived, everyone on my team was extremely dissapointed with their food, including myself. The orders were not fulfilled correctly, the serving size was very small and the food was cold. My team was so dissapointed that their celebration felt ruined. A couple of my team members stated that they had eaten their in person and received a generous amount of each ingreadiate in thier chicken bowl and the food was fresh but this was absolutely not the experience that we had. Our company does not treat the team to lunch very often, so needless to say, it makes me very sad that they were all unhappy.

This was my first time trying this place, it’s always so hard to find authentic tasting latin food that reminds me of home, but this place nails it perfectly!! The burritos taste so fresh and the portions are perfectly filling, they do NOT play around about the portion sizes which i love since other restaurants are very slim with their portions, will definitely be coming more often!!

The manager was great and helped change my catering order’s pick up time. The food was packaged very well. It was very fresh and tasted fantastic (as always). It was a perfect catering experience for a college game day party! Highly recommend and will definitely be doing this again at some point.

EDIT 1/30 Portions are getting smaller, food isn’t as fresh somedays, takes forever sometimes to get the food, and they almost always forget the sauce on the side when we get to go. I understand not having as many people to work there, but they need a better system for cooking, ordering, finishing and paying. STOP FORGETTING THINGS!

The food was really fresh and delicious and the price isn’t bad considering everything but alacart comes with chips and a salsa bar! The tea they have is really yummy. The staff was very friendly and the ordering experience was great. My kids and I really enjoyed it and we are definitely coming here often! I look forward to having another dining option here in Rincon. I hope they stay as awesome as they are right now!

I ordered online and requested extra sauce and utensils to eat with. Even paid a tip and didn’t get anything I asked for. The good ok, just didn’t have any sauce nor did I have anything to eat it with …smh
