This place has been here for decades, without a drop in the services offered. When you come in (for whatever reason, there are other services besides food and beverages).
The thing i love the most about this place are the owners/workers. A welcoming feeling that is relaxing and familiar, even if it is your first time. So, if you are looking forward to kicking back and laughing your ssA off there’s no better place than Columbo’s…

I am so mad at myself. Once again, I have discovered an outstanding restaurant, that was only 2.3 miles from my house, after I have moved out of STL. If I had eaten here while I lived in STL, I would have been a regular.
A friends band was playing at Colombo’s, so that is how I discovered them this past Saturday. We got there early to get our “band groupie” table. When I saw their extensive craft beer list, I knew it was a cold beer night. I was impressed with the local selection of brews that also included regional and statewide breweries.
I was torn between a burger and wings. So, I went to Yelp and checked out the pictures, to help me decide. Wings was the winner and it truly was a, Winner, Winner, Wing Dinner. Actually, these were some of the best wings I’ve had in a longtime. There was no breading, the skin was crispy and the hot sauce was spot on. It had just the right amount of heat and wasn’t too messy.
The ambiance is casual and very relaxing. There was only one waitress and she was hustling and doing an amazing job. The bar was packed and she remained very even keel. She was friendly and made sure everyone was taken care of.
When I’m over in STL running errands, I’ll be returning for more wings and to try one of their burgers.After several return visits, to enjoy more of their outstanding chicken wings and fries, I finally came back and tried a burger. OMG – they are equally as good as their wings. Colombo’s definitely serves up some delicious bar grub.
I am a big fan of jalapeños, so it was an easy choice of what burger to select for my lunch. The Lava Burger, with its fried jalapeños, bacon and caramelized onions on top of a 1/2 lb. burger with a smear of chipotle mayo was the winner.
The kitchen crew prepared it to my medium rare request perfectly. The toppings blended together and added so much flavor, that I didn’t even miss having cheese on my burger. My fries were super crisp and lightly salted. Dipping them in some ketchup made them the perfect side for my burger.
Colombo’s has a good variety of draft beers with the majority of them be craft beers. They also, make good cocktails if that if your preferred adult beverage. The service is attentive and friendly, it has never disappointed me.
Craving burgers and wings? I’d recommend, Colombo’s.

It’s an awesome blue collar bar that I have gone to for years. The food is good, the girls are nice and the customer atmosphere is great. & It can be jumping some times on the weekends. Just an all around cool spot.

I seriusly enjoy the food. The food is definitely unlike any bar food.. every dish comes out of that kitchen like somebody was really proud of what they do. The portions are huge. I Very rarely drink but I love. Columbus bar for the food. The atmosphere and the people.

Had a wonderful group lunch with friends. The menu offered many original dishes and appetizers and it all tasted wonderful. The wings were large,delicious and priced right. The staff were very accommodating to our large group. Will definitely go back.

Just forget about it if you’re not a regular. This is the closest bar to my house and after today I’m over it. Went in with a couple friends just now (4:30 PM
on a Wednesday) and there were 2 bartenders. Our bartender/server was initially awesome and we got beers fast. Then the second more people came in and sat at the bar we were ignored for over half an hour. Two stars because the food is awesome, and up until now we’ve always had a great experience. Ooofff.

This is one of favorite place. I love their pizza and salads burgers. Of course drinks!! The bartenders are very nice. This is laidback.. it’s a bar. But trust me.. If you decide to try them out. You be satisfied. Believe me.
