Food is amazing but service is so terrible. I ordered my food and the guy that took only order forgot to give me the drink. I got my food but there was no tray? I had a big order so I had to go back and forth. The guy didn’t even apologize. I asked for my drink and he sent me back to the register. There was a heavy set lady there and she gave me so much attitude. The original guy that took my order came out and apologized but the lady was just starting at us. They weren’t busy at all, where all th other food places were packed!

I work next to Brea mall and whenever I go to the Food Court to eat I only go to Charleys. They have the best philly cheese steak subs and the fries and they hook it up. Worth every dollar. Big shout out to Almighty Jesus that works there , he’s the coolest employee !! God bless!

Place is pretty good. Not the best cheesesteak, but it’s pretty good I ain’t gonna lie.
I know people debate which is best American cheese or cheese whiz but to be frank, I prefer the American cheese but I know people will condemn me for it. So whatever.

Hey everyone Charlie’s cheesesteaks is amazing, so delicious. I love the Brea Mall location the atmosphere, shopping and cooling down, this summer is wow in the high digits, it’s the best to walk around the mall and grab a Charlie’s cheesesteak I definitely recommend this location customer service is great it’s really clean and I love how you can watch them make your actual sandwich… am definitely going back.

Paid over $40 for two sandwiches and large fries with lemonade. They gave me a half empty box of fries and when I asked the guy serving the food if this was large fries he said yes.

Got my food in less than 7 minutes and it was very good. Prices are on the higher side with a regular philly cheese steak sandwich with fries and a drink for $14, but overall worth it.

Got a cheesesteak sandwich and the beef were in pieces that were too small that they kept falling off from the sandwich when I was eating it. A little pricey and disappointed for such quality.

I have loved Charleys for years, but I don’t have one near me anymore. I really appreciate this location not just because its the closest, but because the food and service are always good. I believe Raymond took my order today and he is an expert; efficient and friendly!! Ordered a chicken philly and the buffalo which definitely put a twist on things. Fries and lemonade are always good as well. I just miss the blueberry lemonade 🙁 Good job as always, see you next time.
