The staff. I door dashed food from Dover a Caribbean jerk chicken to be exact and when I pulled it apart at the cut there was a piece of hair in it. I called before hand the manager(man) was apologetic and asked me to come back as I did. But older lady and the 2 younger gals In there maybe family gave me dirty looks and acted if I placed the hair in the there. If I knew for certain it was my I wouldn’t drive across town to get a new weapon made after I door dashed it to work. I flipped out and asked for money back instead of the wrap but the manager insisted that another guy was making my wrap. Drive the extra few miles and go to Camden. I have ordered from Camden numerous times with no issues ever.

Just picked up my first order from here! I got the Blueberry Bliss Smoothie and the Dragon fruit bowl with some modifications. All were absolutely delicious! I couldn’t believe how big the smoothie was when I picked it up. Great size for the price! I will definitely be back!

If i could leave 0 stars, i would. My friend received a dangerous smoothie with a blue chunk of rubber blended into their smoothie, that a 1 and 2-year-old child consumed. Now the restaurant will not contact them. Tropical Smoothie is taking 0 responsibility & even after an employee admitted seeing the broken cap on their peanut butter sauce that was used in my friend’s daughter’s & son’s smoothie! My friend tried to call the store to speak to a supervisor 3x & got nothing in return. She was laughed at by the grown man that made the smoothie & luckily she spoke with a sweet teenager as night shift took over but the way Tropical Smoothie in Dover, Delaware is handling this is absolutely shameful. Consequences will be held! They had a chance to rectify & show a little ownership & grace, but its pitiful that they are more concerned with their image then the well-being of their customers & their customers infant & toddler children. Do not go here! Your kids may end up in the ER or WORSE!

This tropical smoothie NEVER FAILS!! I’ve been going every week since opening day! The smoothies and food are delicious! My favorite is the Island Green. I’ve gotten one every week for a few months now and it’s exactly the same every time! I do the drive through and Viswa is so polite and kind even at 6am She knows me by voice at this point haha! The staff is always kind and accommodating. I once placed an online order to the wrong location. The Camden staff kindly made me a new smoothie and didn’t charge me as I had paid for the one sitting at the wrong location. I was touched by this. The store is clean and staff are wonderful.
