The rating is based strictly off its authenticity. Stopped in for a pint. Bartender asked me of what. I had to tell her Guinness. Pour was not quite right as it had very little head. She was very nice and professional. Irish flags and wall hangings everywhere. But several TVs on and playing rock music. So pluses and minuses in terms of AUTHENTIC Irish pub.

One of the more relaxed bars on the street. Definitely a good place to come hang and have a conversation. Quite a number of local brews and the bartenders are friendly as well. Will return when I’m feeling just a chill night. They do something close down early if it’s not super busy, so don’t make this your last stop on a weekday to be safe.

Great place for a casual good time and a great pint or two! Play some darts if it’s not too busy. Nice and fast bartenders will fetch you a beer quite quickly!

Great local atmosphere. What I love most about this place is trivia almost every Wednesday evening. The staff knows us by name and are so welcoming. Happy hour is 3:17-6:17pm and we always try to come early and take advantage of that. Trivia is tough (maybe toughest in town) but the groups that come out make it so much fun! It does get crowded, but that’s why we get there early! I don’t spend much time here besides on Wednesdays but anytime I go I’ve had a good experience.

We were a burden to the bar tender on Monday night when we stopped in. Completely ignored for the first 15 minutes of sitting at the bar with only 5 other people in the room that were already served. The two bartenders literally did dishes instead of serving us. Looked at us and made eye contact several times and turned their back on us and walked away. Irish pubs across the world make me feel at home; that’s how it should be. Not this place. Slange. Won’t be back.

Never come here!!!! I’m not sure if the section around the corner from the bathrooms is also part of pub 317. But we had a horrible experience. My best friend and I were blamed for having fake IDs mind you we are almost 25 years old. She first refused my best friend ,and when I I tried showing her my ID too. To show that we were from the same state . She refused my ID and refused to serve our whole group. Because she didn’t wanna be proved wrong by the cops telling her it’s a real ID. We told her to call the cops and wait here. She refused to do so after we just wanted to prove it was real. The male worker who had a 317 shirt on I’m assuming was the manager, who we spoke with was on our side. Which we all as a group did appreciate. We explained everything that happened and all he said was she (bartender) was stressed out. But he was trying to help de escalate the whole situation. But that’s no way to treat customers and they almost refused to give us back our IDs. They were trying to throw it in the trash. The girl went and grabbed 2 bouncers and they kicked/ escorted us out without us being able to share our side of the story to the bouncers they said they didn’t care to hear it and that we had to leave. Never will come again and that girl shouldn’t be in customer service/bartending EVER!!!!!!!

Rolled in after a day of xc skiing. Exceeded my expectations. Great Irish jersey and memorabilia. Played darts and had a Guinness or two. Clean, bright cheery vibe with a couple TVs on tuned to sports behind the bar. Great relaxed Irish pub vibe without the mindless millennial chatter or the “bro you should have seen me” Boulder transplant blabber. Great bar tend who knew how to pour a Guinness!

I love coming here! Comfy and friendly and always full of fun people. The atmosphere is cheery and laid back. Big open windows facing the street make for a wonderful view and good breeze during the summers. It is a great place to meet up with friends, provided you ca actually find a table!

Hi, I just don’t like how the company lies and says it’s open till 2 am when in reality they close there doors at 1:20am so they can kick people out. I’m sorry, but I thought when it’s open till 2am. You start telling people to leave at 2?????makes no sense disappointed…

Don’t come to trivia here on Wednesdays unless you’re prepared to lose to my team 😉 Just kidding, but I do love Pub 317! They don’t serve food, but you can bring outside food in. The bartenders are great and always impress me by remembering my past orders. Friendly group of regulars.
