Had the half boneless ham and smoked turkey, both had really good flavor. My order arrived the day before Thanksgiving. Even though there was a line, it moved quickly and everything was well organized. I arrived early and they already had everything prepared through their steaming process. The employees were helpful and fast.
Just a heads-up: if they choose a larger item that weighs more, they do charge extra (mine was about an additional $10), but I believe that’s standard for the franchise. They also offer local discounts on their sandwiches, which I appreciate.
Also worth noting: the ham and turkey are fully precooked, but when you pick them up they are cold. You’ll need to put them in the oven to heat them up. It wasn’t an issue for us, but it could catch some people by surprise if they don’t know ahead of time.
Overall, it was easy to get in and out. I would definitely recommend them.

We ordered an 8-8.99lb Prime Rib and when we went to pick it up, they didn’t hold one that size back for us. We ended up getting only a 4lb one and had to purchase a ham, in order to have enough to feed our party for Christmas.
Definitely will NEVER purchase anything from this Honey Baked Ham store again!!

I’ve been buying hams for over 30 years and own my own company and gave these out to employees, so when I say I bought a lot. I have. This was the worst 1 and Danielle the manager could care less.said to call corporate,to Google the number she didn’t have it. I would never step foot in there ever again even if they gave it to me for free. I’m a business owner and floored how we were treated and we were embarrassed Thanksgiving when we opened it and heard all the comments on how fatty it was and it wasn’t spiral sliced all the way.next Time I will purchase from my town in Athens Georgia,I was trying to make it convenient and purchase one there.we called corporate and waiting for some resolution. What do you expect for $130,I guess not much anymore

The food was amazing, tasted great. The girl behind the counter was very nice. We are very full from our sandwiches, side salads and drinks. However, the price was a little extreme. $33 for 2 people to eat lunch seems a little overpriced. The food was great, just may not make it habit of going with it costing so much. The only other complaint was that there wasn’t much ham on the sandwiches…but again, they tasted great.

I absolutely love this place but the past 2 days have been awful here. I went to stop by and get a sandwich because they are amazing before work and the website said open i get there and the open sign is off so i drive away to go get a drink and decide to call a lady answered and said yes we are open so i drive back there and theres a sticky note on the door saying they will be back at 3:30 so i missed eating lunch. I went back the next day (today) they are open so i give it a shot and i tell the lady no mayo for 2 of my sandwiches because i can not have it since im pregnant. And they put so much mayo it was coming out of the wrapper. Maybe an off week. I might come back and try again in the future but i don’t know.

My first experience with this company, and any employer is lucky to have the gem that is Angela! The epitome of superstar customer service.
We were browsing the plaza and this place was at the very end of it, so we decided to grab lunch here.
We were the only ones in the establishment and Angela was the only worker. She is very personable, patient, and welcoming. We ended up chatting and found out that her hometown was 20 mins from us in Florida!
We were so hungry that we dug into the food before taking photos. I had the honey baked sandwich with the soup of the day which was an off-menu loaded potato soup with ham and my lady had the broccoli bliss! Juicy meat, amazing sauce/spread and I licked my soup bowl clean!
Delicioso!
Will definitely visit the location in Pensacola, Florida closer to home!

These are the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. I have to have one every couple days or so! The man who works there with darker hair is always very nice and informative about their food. You can tell he definitely cares very much about his customers and the food he makes. The place is very clean and I’d recommend stopping here and trying the Ham Classic on the croissant. It’s amazing!

Our ham looked old. There wasn’t any glaze on it. I had to contact the BBB to get a refund. The owner was extremely rude. Also, this Honeybaked Ham store doesn’t participate in the Honeybaked Rewards Program.
