Went here mainly because the coke freestyle machines are working again after covid and I missed them and the tasty sandwiches. I just always want a fun drink when I come here, so I hadn’t been in a long while.
I got the steak and cheese which was delicious as always. I appreciate that the steak isn’t the most expensive sub (like it often is at other places just because they can). I got the lemon lime flavored lemonade that comes out super bright green. It’s awesome .
I visited around 6 pm on a Saturday night. No wait or lines.
Employees were friendly. The supervisor was efficient and had her crews cleaning and prepping while it was slower. Overall, good experience and would come again. At the price it’s not an everyday meal, but worth it every time I go.

Our cross country team has stopped here on the way to the state meet the last two years, and both times we’ve been impressed by how the staff has handled the orders of our large group of mostly teens. The worker at the register was super efficient while also friendly and cracking jokes with our runners. The rest of the team had our sandwiches out in a very reasonable amount of time. A team picture with the fire hats has become a tradition, so if we qualify for state next year, we will definitely be back!

Firehouse subs has very good sub sandwiches especially at this time. The food was better at this location than our experiences at st Charles, St. Peter’s and O’Fallon locations.
The food seemed to taste better, the restaurant was cleaner and the people were very nice.
If you are in wentzville Missouri and want a sub sandwich I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
I wish firehouse would bring back all of their hot sauces again. I loved the variety and the options to the different levels of heat. They get docked a little for not bringing that back. They have been gone since Covid and are very missed.

Came in for our online order tonight and the girl tonight in the red shirt with blonde hair snapped on us for grabbing cups for water she proceeded to get ignorant and said we should had grabbed small cups for the beverages and then charged us for the water will never come back to this location with the rude service that was provided. Workers should be more respectful. They forgot our pickles also. The two younger girls also were laughing while this happend. Very ignorant. I’ve never had poor service from any food place tonight was ridiculous.

Hi, I just wanted to share some feedback. I really like most of the employees—they’re friendly and always give me the extra pickles I ask for, which I appreciate.
However, every time I order extra mushrooms, I end up with barely any—maybe 5 pieces on the sandwich—even when I remind the employee multiple times. I pay about $2 extra, but I consistently receive *less* than the normal serving, which I know is supposed to be 2 ounces. I’ve spoken with a corporate trainer before, and they confirmed that “extra” means an additional 2 ounces, so the total should be around 4 ounces.
I’ve probably paid for mushrooms on 20 different subs at this point, and I still haven’t received the proper amount even once. Please consider reviewing portion control and providing clearer training to your staff.
