FOR YOUR SAFETY DONT EAT HERE! Since my family members post has been removed I’ll go ahead and make another to warn others. This place has a horrific septic smell for starters, but when you get your food and it tastes like literal crap is in your food. Not only that but then it gives you food poisoning and when you try to inform the business they were extremely nasty, refused to listen about what happened, and became hostile. We have reported you to the better business bureau and the health department for the unsanitary establishment and dangerous food.

We have been ordering pizza, sandwiches, Italian dinners, and sides from Sam’s for years. Everything has always been excellent – until today. Imagine my surprise when the previously very good French Fries arrived in our order. They were COATED with something….potato starch, flour, ??? TERRIBLE FRIES. Good French fries, whether frozen or fresh, do not need any kind of coating. These were not edible. They went in the trash. I will not order their French fries again until they go back to uncoated ones.

The purpose of this review is to let you know that not only is the food subpar at best but it’s never right anytime you order something. Something is always missing and has no taste whatsoever. Then you have to deal with the manager George who is incapable of delivering customer service or and no one can stand even his own employees… To be honest, I would rather throw this money in the garbage then spend it at Sam’s Pizza Lake arrowhead

I really like to give credit when it is due and I have to say this store was great. The ordering process was easy. The gentleman I spoke with was polite, and efficient. You all delivered the food on time and the delivery driver was also personable and last, but not least, the food was hot and tasted great. Not to mention you delivered to us way out in the middle of nowhere. Thank you so much, all of you, for being stellar employees and caring about your customers. Love this place.

Unfortunately, the quality has gone down significantly over the past couple of years; overall lack of flavor, sparse toppings on pizza, soggy calimari, etc. If you’re in a pinch, it’ll fill you up, but you’d be better off either cooking yourself or going somewhere else. I contacted the owner to convey my family’s overall dissatisfaction and requested a refund, and the best he would do us offer a $25 credit. So that’s a credit for food, if made to the same quality, that my family wouldn’t eat…so thanks for nothing. It was nice while it lasted.

I order from here quite often, but haven’t left a review thus far. So, here it is. EVERY TIME I get excellent service. EVERY TIME the food is excellent. EVERY TIME my food is ready when I get there. I am very surprised at the consistent excellence provided by this establishment. More on the food, I was dismayed by the price of the bone in vs boneless wings. But, the size of the bone in is well worth the money. Again, I have NEVER had 100% awesomeness from anywhere, but sams at lake arrowhead has done it. Thank you!!

Sam’s was satisfactory until my husband fell ill due to food poisoning from one of their turkey subs. It’s important to inquire about the freshness of their meat and produce when placing an order. Unfortunately, the turkey sub I ordered for my husband led to his illness. Despite discussing the issue with the store manager at Sam’s, she continuously insisted that their products were fresh, which was clearly not the case. Regrettably, my husband’s condition worsened to the point where he required hospitalization due to the food poisoning. It’s crucial to exercise caution when considering dining at this establishment, especially since they offered a 50% discount on a future sub as compensation for the food poisoning incident. Please take heed and be cautious!
