I visited Honey’s Homestyle Creamery for the first time today, and it was such a great experience! The place has a warm, welcoming vibe, and the staff were super friendly and helpful in recommending flavors. You can really tell everything is made with care — the ice cream tastes incredibly fresh and rich.
I tried a couple of their signature flavors, and every bite was smooth, creamy, and full of flavor — definitely not your average ice cream shop. The portions were generous too, and the presentation was perfect.
If you love homemade-style ice cream with that local charm, this spot is a must-try. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more flavors! ✨

I stopped by Honey’s Homestyle Creamery and honestly, it was such a good experience. The place just feels warm and welcoming as soon as you walk in, and you can tell they really care about what they’re serving. The gelato was super creamy and full of flavor you can taste that it’s fresh and made with quality ingredients. It definitely didn’t taste like your average ice cream shop.
I loved that there were so many flavors to choose from, and everything felt homemade. It’s the kind of spot you go to once and already know you’ll be back.
Special shout out to Olivia she was so sweet, patient, and had the best energy. She really made the visit feel personal and made us feel right at home. Good customer service like that makes a big difference.

There are a lot of options for ice cream locally but not one comes close to the quality of Honey’s. The ingredients are always top of the line and fresh creative flavors!! But also incredibly affordable. Honeys will always be our favorite family ice cream stop or date night dessert spot!

The gelato was absolutely delicious, and everything—from the tables to the bathrooms—was spotless and super clean. It’s a perfect place to stop if you’re passing through on I-95.
We ordered the gelato flight and got to choose five different flavors, which was such a fun way to try a variety. My favorite was the raspberry cheesecake—so fresh you could still taste and see chunks of real raspberry in the gelato. The vanilla bean was also a standout: creamy, rich, and full of flavor. You can really tell they use high-quality, fresh ingredients. We’ll definitely stop here again next time we’re driving through!

The mint Oreo gelato was really good — super creamy with a cool mint flavor and the perfect amount of Oreo pieces. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and the whole experience felt welcoming. I’d definitely get it again.

As a true gelato lover, I’m so happy to finally have an amazing gelato place close to home! My husband and I have tried gelato all over—even in Italy—and we can honestly say this one is excellent! We love that it’s made with natural ingredients and has just the right amount of sweetness.

What a gem! After a long day sightseeing in nearby Savannah we wanted ice cream. Lucky for us we found Honey’s! Gelato made from scratch! No processed filler with flavor added. All of the 20 (the day we were there) flavors hand made from scratch. Prices are very reasonable and the staff super friendly. Holiday pie flavors next: apple, cherry, pumpkin – do yourself a favor and get to Honey’s! What a blessing!

This place is the best in the area, if not EVER! Spoke with the owner who had told us a bit of the background on how she came up with the name (her dog) and how everything they serve is homemade in house. For those health/dye conscious she even uses natural foods to color her gelato! My husband is not a big sweets person but he opted to go with a double scoop in a cone (no small feat). We taste tested nearly every flavor offered and it was so hard to pick only two. She even does a 5 flight tray if you really cannot make up your mind! Definitely worth trying it out…you will be back!
