Service was friendly. Food came out pretty quick.
The peppered pork dumplings were very delicious.
The tantanmen ramen said it was going to be spicy, but I didn’t think it was. The flavor was just ok.
The tonkatsu ramen broth was better.

We ordered the Tonkotsu ramen and steamed pork buns and everything was outstanding. The buns were hands down the best I’ve ever had. Food came out quickly, the restaurant was spotless, and the staff was warm, friendly, and welcoming.

Missed every mark. Staff was pushy and disorganized, ramen is definitely over hyped but not great quality how they advertise. Dumplings are okay Really annoying you can only order them in 10 counts. They charge you more to fry the dumplings. Very disappointed to have a small child take my order and forcefully. For a place pricing it’s self as this higher end quality, I should not be getting my order taken by a literal 5 year old. They also need to learn expo nothing came out at the same time and people who ordered after me received the same dish I ordered before me. Would not return.

Don’t walk… RUN to Umami!! The food, service and atmosphere are all outstanding. We had the crispy rangoon (not pictured) along with the pepper corn spicy pork soup dumplings to start. The rangoon were fried to perfection while the soup dumplings were literal perfection. I couldn’t stop eating them! We also had the spicy beef ramen… one word: AMAZING! I am definitely returning to sample the rest of the menu!

Umami is hands down the best ramen spot around. The miso ramen is incredible rich, flavorful, and they give you TWO eggs (Ramenya only gives one). The noodles are perfect every time. The soup dumplings? Amazing.
Hospitality is top tier. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. If someone is calling them rude, they probably walked in rude themselves because these employees wouldn’t hurt a fly. The cooks are great too.
The bathroom is spotless (seriously one of the cleanest I’ve seen at a restaurant), the Diet Coke is perfectly carbonated, the music was on point, and the whole aura/vibe is just great.
It’s not hype. It’s actually that good. Way better than Ramenya.
If you haven’t been, go. And check out the bathroom mirror while you’re there.

The soup dumplings are not bad. $3 chashu bao bun was a good Surprise. Tomkatsu ramen was pretty standard. Not bad.

Beautiful, clean and artful dining room. Food is plated nicely. The ramen broth is flavorful, and the prices are fair. There are also several vegetarian options which is a plus for me. We will definitely be back!

DELICIOUS!! The pork soup dumplings and stir fried noodles are my go-to choice. Even their regular sweet iced tea is great! Short wait times, even with a large group. I have visited multiple times for lunch, on Sundays and week days, and the food and service is consistently good every time.

Stopped in for lunch and it was great! The atmosphere was quaint and lovely! We tried the rainbow soup dumplings, tonkatsu Ramen and the stir fry noodles. Everything was very good! Would definitely come back.
