I have ordered this feta and spinach pizza from different Domino’s branches many times, because my son really likes it. Tonight we ordered it from the Belmont Domino’s store and received a half burnt pizza. Worse than the pizza was the rude responses of the person who claimed to be the store owner when we called to complain. Without even giving us an email address to send him a photo of the pizza, he argued with us that his pizza was totally fine and we did not know how a thin crust pizza should be. Just look at the burned dough on one side and the black vegetables on top. Again, worse than pizza was the extremely rude responses of the guy on the phone.

Absolutely disappointing.
This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The food arrived late, and when it finally showed up, it was cold and tasteless. The staff seemed completely uninterested and acted like we were bothering them just by being there. The tables weren’t clean, the atmosphere was chaotic, and no one cared to fix anything despite us mentioning the issues.
For the price we paid, the quality was completely unacceptable.
I will not be coming back, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Rude driver, I try to update my profile to choose another store but I can’t. The last time he waited for my son outside hiding to ask for a signature (no need to sign nothing) to ask for a tip, braking the distance that I request for delivery. The time before he honk and ring the bell many times even do I request silent and contactless delivery. At this point we are afraid to order just because of this person and no choice because cannot change the store.

Worst Dominos branch ever. Rude staff and sub-standard pizza. We ordered cheese pizza, however, it was hard to find cheese in it. Seems to be pretty intentional considering the rudeness, specially from the guy at the counter. We had this bad experience in the month of February this year, however, forgot to write the review, hence writing it now. Hope, Dominos would take the necessary steps, as we don’t have any other branch nearby.

I had a free pizza redemption, so I ordered one from this location. Big mistake. I ordered at 10:47pm (their posted hours say they’re open until 11), drove to the store to pick it up, and was there by 10:54. Except, they canceled the order while I was driving, probably because they couldn’t be bothered to make a free pizza so close to closing. Door was locked, no one answered the phone. I’m not surprised as I’ve had very rude customer service in the times I’ve been to this location. I’ve learned my lesson. Never coming back here.

Clean store, friendly staff, great food and a reasonable price. Delivery is on time and I enjoy the online progress bar for your pizza. One of my orders had two toppings switched, but just a simple human mistake. The pizzas still tasted great!
