I ordered for delivery. When I ordered, for the record on 9/5/24 around 5:45pm, the woman who took my order was extremely rude with an I don’t care attitude. I ordered a 4 piece crab Rangoon. I’ve ordered crab Rangoon from many different places over many years.

I received my order within 45 minutes in which I was satisfied. The first thing a grabbed before getting my plate together was that crab ragoon I love so much. Took a big bite and ilthe crust had No filling. I figured sometimes it happens so took a bite out of the second and third which were all empty. The last one I broke open and you can see a trace of crab Rangoon but no filling.

I called them to explain and the same rude woman explained to me that’s how they make them. After a short argument she told me to ask any of their customers. That’s they’re signature on the crab rangoon….no filling.

She refused ti reimburse or work with me. She offered me 1 egg roll for free but i had to drive 15 minutes to get it. Not being petty but I still paid for a product they refused to fulfill.

UPDATE: I’m posting my paper plate the day after my original post. Half chicken and half shrimp fried rice. Found zero shrimp (but shrimp tail skin was in there)and 1 chicken piece

Prices have skyrocketed and quality has gone down if you go inside the place you would never eat there. I don’t know how they stay in business to be honest $18 for a small Mongolian beef and $14 for a chicken fried rice. They will not stay in business long.

Been coming here for well over 15 years now and have seen multiple owners come and go but the location and food was always great. Recently, the past year, the rice isn’t what it used to be and the upped prices doesn’t really inspire motivation to go back. The egg rolls and crab Rangoons are really the only thing i want now out of everything I used to get before. Hope it bounces back to what it used to be .

The prices are outrageous. They have really gone up since the last time I ordered. All I got was a small chicken almond ding a small shrimp fried rice and two egg rolls and an order of fried wonton and my bill was $33. The food was absolutely disgusting it tasted like it was all cooked in bitter fish oil. Could not even eat it. Had to throw it all out. This was my favorite place for the past 20 years, I will never go here again.

New to the area. Had high hopes for the food here. Was not impressed unfortunately. Egg roll and chicken fried rice were good. Shrimp lo mein was soggy, noodles overcooked, sauce was bland. Will probably be a while
Before we try something else from this location in the hopes that it was just an off night tonight.

This place is amazing. The best Chinese restaurant in this whole area! I come here almost every single day with my family & boyfriend. It’s delicious, food is always fresh, very quick and very good priced/affordable. I’ve never had any problems & I’ve been coming here for years.

Don’t let the small storefront fool you, this is such a great place for takeout! I tried their vegetable soup, vegetable egg rolls, chicken and broccoli, and orange chicken. Everything was excellent, with the only exception being the orange chicken. The orange chicken was delicious, but some of the meat wasn’t great quality. The chicken and broccoli entree didn’t have that issue. Great prices for the amount of food you receive, and loved the warm welcome. There’s one tiny table with 2 chairs to technically “dine in”, but it’s really tight. Takeout is the best choice!

This is the reason people would rather cook at home. All I got was a small beef fried rice and they couldn’t even do that right. Since when did fried rice only come with meat in rice. Where’s the eggs and greens onions? I literally had to cook my own eggs to put in the rice. I could have saved my money for this b.s. No flavor at all. I make better fried rice at home then what I just experienced

When I called to place my order, the girl taking it was extremely rude. She basically hung up on me. Then during pickup, I asked for extra hott mustard. She said it’s in the bag and didn’t want to give me any. I told her it’s my husband’s favorite and please could I have a few extra packs- considering we just spent $60 on a small order of food! So she handed me 2 packs. Geeze, thanks for the 5 packets of hott mustard. After considering how unkept this establishment is (gross buckets by entrance door, filth on the walls,) and their rudeness, I won’t be back. Their food however was good.
