It’s great to have a good Korean place in town again. I am certainly not an expert on Korean cuisine, but I was a big fan of K-Tofu House in Rancho Mirage before they closed.
This was my first visit so I can’t speak as to the consistency of the food, but the items I had were tasty. I miss having slightly more variety to the various side dishes (kimchee) but the two that were served, picked yellow radish and traditional cabbage kimchee, were excellent, and I had three servings of each.
Korean food isn’t for every palate because it tends towards bitter, acidic, fermented flavors, but if you like that sort of flavor profile you’ll enjoy this place. It certainly seems a lot more successful than the two restaurants that were here before it. I think it might become popular enough that it becomes limited a little bit by the small dining room. I envision these folks perhaps having to move to a larger building one of these days!

What a great Korean restaurant! This small Korean restaurant serves real Korean street foods. We had Bibimpap, Tteokbokki with cheese, and Pork and tofu Kimchijjigae. Everything was great and enough for next day or two. Service was great and Owner/Chef is super nice. Highly recommend

I am half Korean and the food is really good and authentic Korean cuisine. Not only is the food tasty, but they give great portion sizes! It has a humble atmosphere, but is very much in tune with modern Korean pop culture. Don’t miss out on this local gem!

Hidden gem in the desert! The food is absolutely delicious. Lots of flavor and generous portions. It’s a mom and pop place, so the food is a must try for anyone in the area. The vibe and ambiance is very kpop. They have a few posters and music playing. Very korean haha. Service was also great. The food came out fast, and there were constant check-ins to make sure everything was good.
Definitely a must try! Will be back to try other dishes.

I am so excited to have a good Korean food restaurant to eat at. Honestly, there were multiple dishes on the menu that I wanted to try but we went with the bulgogi kimbap, the bibimbap, and curry pork. It was all delicious, we will definitely be back!

Huge portions! We started with the homemade dumplings, then got the pork curry dish and beef rib soup (comes with rice, picked radish, and kimchi on the side ) . Great food and a super nice owner. Definitely coming back

Not many Korean restaurants offer chicken ginseng soup, so we came here specifically to satisfy our craving for it. The dish was absolutely delicious! The kimchi side dish was also outstanding.

I’ve came back more than five times cause of how tasty the food is. Every worker I’ve come across was extremely kind and welcoming. My favorite is the kimchi stew, but there hasn’t been one thing that I’ve tried on the menu that I didn’t enjoy because they make it with love <3 I really recommend this place it’s heavily underrated.

Food was great. Much better than I had expected. Staff was friendly and on top of things. Kevin the cook/ owner came out to help another table understood what they ordered and how to mix their food.

Trying new places. This is a new fav. Homemade. Fresh ingredients, great taste, really good kimchi and nonstop K-pop on the TV but not loud.
